We focus not only on gymnastic training but on the life-potential of every child that comes through our doors. With classes for every age and ability, there is something for every kid. Kinder Kids, Girls Recreational, Developmental, Ninja Zone, Girls Jr Olympic Team, Girls XCEL Team, and Tumbling are offered daily. We also offer special programs such as Special Needs, Home School Gymnastics, and Holiday Camps.
Services
IMPACT Gymnastics Academy is a children's gymnastics gym with Olympic-class coaching and state-of-the-art equipment. We are devoted to training athletes with world-class gymnastics coaching so they can become more disciplined and focused to improve their overall health. IMPACT Gymnastics Academy is a private gym whose main focus is gymnastics, however, we also provide the NINJA Zone and various types of Tumbling including Tumbling for Cheer.
Our girls Junior Olympic competitive team program is governed by the United States Association of Gymnastics Junior Olympic Program (USAGJO). The girls XCEL team program is a competitive recreational program aimed at keeping girls in the sport of gymnastics. Parents, please make sure your child wears clothing that is appropriate for performing gymnastics skills (soft fabrics and secure tops).
This free class is for toddlers 6 thru 17 months old, parent participation is mandatory. In this 30 minute class the students will enjoy the world of exploration and movement education. We provide a stress free environment for the child to begin moving and mastering movement.
Our talented coaches encourage guided exploration of our mini circuits set up with tunnels, slides, mini mountains, tilting and rocking mats, ball pit, soft balance beams, parachutes and more.This is definitely a can't-wait-to-come-back experience! This class will remain free until your child reaches 18 months and can move to the next level.

Our developmental program is for children up to the age of 8 that show promise in the following areas: strength, flexibility, and athleticism. This program is invitation only and the children must be good listeners and be able to learn at an accelerated pace. These classes move at a faster pace than our Kinder Kids classes and your child will be groomed for placement on our competitive team.
Our girls junior Olympic competitive team program is governed by the United State Association of Gymnastics Junior Olympic Program (USAGJO). Our program consists of levels 3-10 in the JO Program. The USAGJO has specific skill requirements for each level and the students will master those skills that pertain to their level and then compete against other teams in the United States of America.

Don't waste your time unless you'd like unprofessional child "teachers" to "teach" your "class". Zero structure in " classes"and employees sitting on the sidelines eating chips and other food items during your class while the other child "teacher" struggles to come up with a plan for the "class". Then they'll pull money from your account and when you call to ask about the unexpected charge the owner says "I'll help you but you better not give me an attitude or act pissy with me when it's this early in the

Amazing gymnastics school. My daughter loves it here and the coaches are wonderful. They are very mindful about cleanliness and they sanitize and clean the gym impeccably. The owners are good people who want the gymnasts to have confidence and self worth and who believe in positive feedback and do not promote abuse. Amazing!!! My 4 year old daughter has been taking lessons at Impact Gymnastics for over 2 years. We never thought to look anywhere else for gymnastics lessons except Impact. ALL of our friends, patients and community belongs to this wonderful Academy. We tried the Oh Baby and Lil Ninja classes for our kids. We are new to the area and comparing this gym to the one we used to take our kids too, but it just does not compare. The gym itself was dirty and I saw kids that were obviously sick on the mats.. parent issue or management or both? The ninja classes must be new and seemed more like themed day care for an hour, not instructional or skills based. I don't want my kids sick all the time so will not bring them back.

Love this place! My daughter attended several times per week for several years (approx 9-11 years old) and just loved it. She progressed to being on a developmental 'team' with meets. Fabulous experience. Instructors were always helpful and positive. No pressure except the pressure my daughter put on herself. We were previously at another "North" gymnastics for many years and always felt like a number. Thanks Maria for working at the other place and wanting to create something better - and accomplishing that!

What a great environment to learn gymnastics and excel. My daughter has been going for over 2 years and loves everyday that she gets to go and train and be around friends in a family like environment. Do not be fooled like me! The OH Baby class is NOT a class. On the website it says it's a free CLASS for 6-17months. When I called to inquire about the Saturday class, the person I spoke to said they had room for my son. I just needed to pay the $35 annual registration so I did. When it came time for Saturday we headed in all the way from avondale just to find out it's just an open gym. So of course they "had room" because you just come an play. There is no class! They just let your baby crawl around in a dirty old gym that smelled like sweat and feet. So sad and disappointing

We love Impact! The owners, Maria & Sam, have created an amazingly unique gymnastics environment where kids truly thrive. I have had a lot of experience in the gymnastics world and I can tell you first hand Impact Gymnastics is a unique gym. As a competitive gymnast, many gyms are mainly focused on the performance of the gymnasts. Impact is very different by focusing on the gymnasts as people first. They make sure kids are enjoying their time and getting a positive experience every time. It is a very different and positive atmosphere!

My two girls were interested in getting into gymnastics and I was given this gum name by a mom at my girls school.
This gym just feels comfortable. When we signed up, no commitment, month to month and I don't feel suffocated by commitment. They are very attentive, kind, want to make you feel noticed.
I am able to schedule there time during the week with no weekend commitment. Yah!
This place is a must check out if your daughters or sons want to try it.

We have had many disappointing gymnastics classes through the years in Central Phoenix. I am right away impressed by the owner and her warm generous greeting. She did a private lesson for my son and he was all smiles. He felt he learned and progressed more in that brief lesson than all his previous classes combined. Seems kids and coaches are focused and professional. We are all in! Thank you SAMMY!
