Services
Detailed check-ins, which last 30-60 minutes, are conducted prior to your guests' arrival. The process includes opening all blinds, checking each light, testing hot water and heat, and confirming all electronics and appliances are in working order. Outside, we walk the grounds and remove debris. Guests arrive to a welcome letter, pertinent home information, and an evaluation form.
We promote your home and brand TLUXP vacation rentals across directly to audiences that are researching Lake Tahoe vacation rentals, to past guests, and to Lake Tahoe enthusiasts. We have an extensive Google PPC campaign and a strong Bing presence, reaching audiences actively researching their Lake Tahoe vacation lodging options.

We just came up to Rock Haus after not having been here since Memorial Day weekend. As in past years, we were so impressed with the condition of the house and the obvious care that was taken during this busy summer rental season (thanks to Patricia and her cleaning staff as well!). It was as if we left 3 months ago, and everything was basically where we left it and in great condition.

We were scheduled to check in today at Summerhouse - Lakefront today. We have been on the road for hours heading up that way and checked in based on weather reports.
I left a message and received a call back from Holly, who was extremely gracious and kind. She did explain that the roads were closed and she could see from the webcam that the plows were out in full force. She did offer to extend our trip one night.
A few hours later, we received a storm advisory stating that the storms were going through Monday evening between 7 pm and 10 pm. I left another message.
This time, I was not as fortunate

I have been renting from Tahoe Luxury Properties since 2019 and believe they offer the highest quality homes and services in the area. They were flexible, understanding and accommodating during the COVID pandemic and again in response to my forced cancellation due to the Caldor fire. Kristi has immediately responded to my many questions over the years and recently went above and beyond to assist me with my fire-related travel insurance claim. When public health restrictions changed, they reached out to us proactively and quickly processed a full refund! A remarkable contrast to our experience trying to work with AirBnB's luxury rental division last summer. I will use Tahoe Luxury Properties again and will recommend them to friends!
