With the best coaches around, we can help you overcome your physical and mental obstacles to reach your full potential. We are nestled in a great location for indoor and outdoor workouts. Being part of the Ogden Athletic Club, our athletes are able to use the pool and hot tub to recover, run indoors in the winter, shower before work, and have access to amazing childcare, so they can workout and know their kids are happy and safe.

What is the meaning behind 4300' SC? Ogden Utah! - our awesome community which sets at the base of the Rocky Mountains - and the elevation here is 4300 feet. Want to have a better, more active life? Join us to strive towards your summit, right here in the Ogden Athletic Club. At 4300 SC we've designed it to help you reach your highest potential and maintain a healthy lifestyle for those activities you enjoy most.
We put a major emphasis on technique and doing each movement correct. We focus on the fundamentals of movement through various modalities to work on building strength and changing body composition. Each class is programmed with all of the 4300' Strength & Conditioning core values.

At 4300' Strength and Conditioning we focus on the fundamentals of movement through various modalities such as weightlifting, high and low intensity workouts, gymnastics, functional movements, and mobility to help increase functional strength and elevate your life to its fullest potential.The Mobility & Recovery class is designed to facilitate recovery, reduce the risk of injury and enhance human performance.
You will be guided through each workout by one of our expert coaches and any progressions or modifications will be given as needed. Our classes are designed to play to any fitness level, age group, or experience level. Group Training is a great way to stay motivated and build a network with people that have the same interests as you.
The Mobility & Recovery class is designed to facilitate recovery, reduce the risk of injury and enhance human performance. With the combination of self-myofascial release, mobility, coordination control and flexibility, we will work to relieve any pain or tension that you may be experiencing and prevent it from occurring in the future.
Nutrition is a vital component of your journey to elevate your life. Whether your goal is to adopt a healthier lifestyle, lose weight, or gain weight, our coaches have you covered. We can create a nutrition plan for each individual and their personal goals. Whether you are looking to count macros, try paleo, Whole30, or just gain the knowledge to be healthier, we have you covered with our health and wellness experts at 4300' SC.
