I always Love to come to this store.....unfortunately my experience today was not good at all! The sales lady that took care of my bill was really rude, she even had me put away the strands that I couldn't afford! Also tossed my bill and what I bought at me. I work in retail myself...just was disappointed and upset over the service and attitude! I definitely will go to JBC, after they move to their New location!

Be careful here. The owner will tell you the price on all beads along the walls but she doesn't write it down. Make her write the price on each package. I trusted her and when I paid I found out that she has a different price for each package of beads. She says that everything is 50% off but the price keeps changing. I feel cheated but I should have made her write the price on each package. One pig of AB 4 mm bicones are 13.33 for 72 and another is 22 dollars for 72.

This hidden gem is ABSOLUTELY worth a trip! I was stunned at the selection they offer, especially the genuine stones, at such great prices. You'll certainly find inspiration among their perfectly color coordinated walls and tables. The two ladies who where working today were friendly and so helpful with any questions we had. This is the preferred stop for my friend who is a Jeweler & Gemologist. I was told by a girl to go to JBC Beads, so what did I do? I went to JBC Beads. JBC Beads did have what I was looking for and I'm glad I went. They have hundreds of thousands of beads and the tools necessary to do what one would do with beads. Beads of all types of material and shapes and sizes seemed available. Having thousands of square feet of beads to look through I did ask for assistance and was guided in the right direction. If you need something bead related I recommend JBC Beads.
