Mental health is just as an important factor in people's well-being as physical health. However, insurance providers have not always seen it that way. Historically, health insurance companies have provided significantly better coverage for physical illnesses in comparison to mental illnesses. Fortunately, this all changed with the passing of the Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act in 2008.

My sessions with my therapist
are always positive. She listens even though I tend to go off on tangents and talk too much.

Just walked out. I was very nervous, but Dr. Reddy was absolutely wonderful. He listened intently and he really cared about what I had to say. He gave a fair and realistic assessment to my troubles, broke it down for me in his evaluation and provided very reasonable treatment. Will recommend to anyone inquiring and wanting to have a better quality of life. Also people at the front desk were very nice. Overall, the clinic emitted a very uplifting energy. Looking forward to my next follow up with Dr. Reddy.

Dr. Gross was super understanding and patient and took the time to review my entire medical history with me. I am so glad that I switched providers and feel confident that I am receiving the best care.

Phenomenal therapy through this clinic, however the Psychiatrist’s are unprofessional. With mental health being such an important issue in society; the lack of empathy and care demonstrated an incompetent Psychiatrist who believes it is his choice as to what path to take without providing any explanations and not allowing you to have ANY input in your plan. “Do no harm” is one of the foundational aspects of care in the medical field and the Psychiatrist obviously needs a refresher in medical ethics. Lastly, availability is listed all over ZocDoc, however they will not hesitate to cancel appointments

The Telemedicine appointment proved far simpler than I had feared because I am not very technologically experienced. Although my son did help me with it.
Dr. Reddy was very thorough and even went over my blood work. He is an excellent doctor.

Ashley dropped me the minute she got scared her license was on the line. It's a shame that Medical Professionals now days are quick to hand out medications but take no responsibility in the event you get a tolerance to them or they are afraid of loosing their license so they will stop you cold turkey.

When a doctor takes an oath to practice medicine, they commit to "treat the sick to the best of one's ability" -- sadly, my experience with this "clinic" is a mockery of professional standards, ethics and this oath. This clinic and their doctors should be ashamed of their practices -- and since this is dealing with mental health, I have no words for their lack of professionalism.

I was asked to see a psychiatrist for medication management and to explore adjusting anxiety meds after nearly 10 years. I met with Dr T K and while he was nice and genuine, my appointments

*****WARNING*****
I have been a Clarity Clinic patient for about a year now- until today. I have always known they were unprofessional but today's experience showed me their lack of care they have towards their patients. I have been trying to refill my prescription for about a week now and the pharmacy has not received a response or the request was denied without any further instructions. I called and the rep was rude and not a good listener. They did not care about my situation. They told me I had to wait until early October for my appointment in order to get a refill. It is obvious to me

Was recommended by my PHP psychiatrist, and started seeing PA-C Ronisha Carpenter about 4 or 5 months ago. She's absolutely great! She remembers details about me that even I forgot. She's much easier to work with than the psychiatrist I had been seeing for 7 years. She responds to refill requests and patient questions very quickly, usually as quick as 1 hour after calling in. The front desk/receiving employees are very good as well. I was skeptical at first, as I almost missed my first appointment because they called to say they were cancelling it less than an hour before due to missing some information

Dr. Reddy is a wonderful physician. He is very thorough, patient and kind. He is very thoughtful and asks good questions. He is very intelligent, I like that he recommends counseling and other means of treatment in addition to just using medication alone.

I have debated about leaving this review for the past year but I think it is important that others know about the level of complete disregard that Dr. Erika Olson and Clarity Clinic have for their patients.
Last year I attempted suicide by overdose of the medication that was prescribed to me by Dr. Erika Olson. While I was in the hospital recovering from my attempt, my family and my therapist attempted to reach Dr. Olson about the situation to let her know what had happened and to coordinate care. Dr. Olson never returned a call to any of my family members or my therapist.

This level of complete

I’ve been going this clinic for close to 3 years now. With both a psychiatrist and a therapist, I have felt lovingly guided and like I have a wonderful team in my corner who genuinely want to see me succeed in all parts of my life. I don’t know where I’d be without them!

This place is the biggest scam- I have been on the same dose of anti-anxiety meds for over five years and have moved a few times, so naturally I've changed doctors who prescribe my meds. I have never had an issue before, and have gone long periods of time without seeing my provider. They overcharge for a 30 minute visit to refill my meds- $200, only to insist I come back for another overpriced visit after 2 months if I want a refill. The irony is that they are contributing to my anxiety instead of the opposite. Save yourself the headache and stay away!!!

I rarely write reviews, but the service here is so bad I wanted to warn others away. They're working with me for anxiety which they actively contribute to with their complete lack of standard business practices, ability to be reached, and lack of support/consideration for the patient.

Find another psychiatrist who will help you and may even see you more than once before shuttling you off to someone new who can't help you until they learn your case...which they'll then shuttle off to the next person.

My experience with Dr. Reddy is always congenial and extremely beneficial for my mental health. He’s one of the most professional and pleasant doctors I have ever worked with. Everything about Clarity Clinic, from the soothing experience at their front desk area, to the help and support I’ve received when calling about any concerns are personable and reflect exactly what I want for my mental health to be at it’s best.
Thanks Clarity Clinic-

They have a high turnover rate for employees it seems and the way they handle business is awful.

In the 1 year I have been a patient at Clarity, I have seen 4 different providers.

Basically all commutation with the office is by voicemail only, which is pretty problematic. This might be due to COVID, but it's been over a year and still doesn't seem to be worked out.

My last straw with them- My psychiatrist left the practice and I got notified via letter in the mail after the fact, and future appointments cancelled. There weren't any recommendations for other doctors to see, rescheduling

The way Clarity Clinic handles their office business makes me wonder how this place can stay in business. After taking a week to respond to my phone calls and emails I followed through on their very long and extensive application process. It them took another week for them to tell me that only certain therapists work with Cigna. After sending in a copy of my card I figured all was set up for my teenage daughter to begin consultation with a therapist.
My daughter was very excited to finally begin on Tuesday with a zoom consult only to receive a voicemail on late monday afternoon that Clarity

I had two interactions with this clinic. On the first, I booked a psychiatrist appointment on ZocDoc and was assigned a PA (which ZocDoc did list was a possibility). In the midst of the lockdown in the early days when we knew very little about COVID, the PA actually suggested to me that I look into an inpatient detox program because I was taking 1 mg of Klonopin (For context: 1 mg of Klonopin is a low dose. It doesn't require detox!). She basically treated me like a drug addict because she was used to treating addiction. The PA was quite young and likely doesn't have much professional

The only saving grace of this place is the very kind and empathetic Dr.Maharaja, if she was not at Clarity Clinic I would go somewhere else. Reception has been notoriously horrible at communication, unprofessional, and quite rude. I was prescribed medication 17 days ago, and my pharmacy has not been able to fulfill the order due to not being able to reach Clarity Clinic.

I have called multiple times, sent emails to the front desk and received sassy emails when I could not answer my phone (which I immediately tried following up, but surprise couldn't get through to someone). Apparently the
