Lincolnwood Medical Center

We started searching for the Moderna Booster Shot at 3 different places online. This was the only place nearby for me versus driving out to Buffalo Grove. Just to get the Moderna. Other places said they had it advertised but once we called then said they were out. Then we said that's false advertising you need to update your website. I was able to call make my appointment for 11:30 A.M. came 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Then got the booster shot it didn't hurt. The nurse said to wait another 10 minutes before leaving. To make sure I didn't have any symptoms. Headaches, soreness etc.

Went in to establish PCP after changing insurance. I came in to ask about rosacea on my face and to take a blood panel. Three weeks later I don’t have results from my blood draw and the Dr did nothing about my face not said she would need to refer me out. I had to wait for 15 mins at front desk to figure out next steps. It was very uncoordinated and a waste of time!

Very unprofessional, the Socorro doesn’t even check her patients she’s send in student doctors and leaves them in there to evaluate you? The front desk never answers at all, overall wouldn’t be going here but I have no where else to go to

The customer service in the receiption desk are terrible, that I have ever had in this place. Not sure, where I can report it, that being a sick and getting terrible explanation. As even being extremely busy, at least they could able to tell the reason, instead of putting a hold with no explanation for more than 20 min. And getting back telling how she can help, while she already was booking for my two sons appointments, that she never got this situation before. Came here for a full year with our first born. The staff is amazing, 5 stars! The doctors, not so much. Out of all of them here, I would only give 5 stars to the female filipino doctor. She listened, was kind, caring and funny. Every other doctor would seem to shrug off any concern I would bring up. It was not a comforting feeling. Then they would be like, if you want I can still write you an order..if you want. Not so reassuring. Again everything else was good! Staff that administers shots, also 5 stars!

This is an amazing clinic. The doctors are so kind, the staff is so friendly and cute 😅(hehe). When I got my shot it DIDN’T hurt ,so you are basically in great hands.

Nice and clean location with a cooperative staff. Dr. Mark he is a best doctor, so caring my daughter shanzay like him a lot and we always trust him for our daughter’s treatment. Paramedic staff is also caring and cooperative.

The doctors and nurses are all very friendly and the service is really fast. I didn't have to wait in the waiting room long and was called in right at my appointment time. Very nice clinic

I'm really happy with my daughter's doctor Samia Irfani. She is absolutely amazing but my concern is their front desk ladies. I have been to their Chicago office at West Lawrence . But they simply don't do their job and don't even care. Last week i was there for my daughter's vaccination and i already confirmed my appointment with the nurse yet they asked me why i'm here? That was really strange and today i got their appointment confirmation call for that appointment never did. The lady from lawrence's office didn't want to hear me and tried to continue with my daughter's same vaccination appointment

I have been taking my daughter to this location as well as the Lincolnwood location to see Dr. Anna Christoff for a few years. She is awesome. But she is no longer at the Lincoln Square location, so I will no longer be taking my daughter here.

Today, at 11am, I called. Was greeted and told the woman that my daughter was sick and asked if she could be seen today. The woman asked if I could make it there by 11:30am. It was no problem, so I said "yes" and she said "ok, see you at 11:30".

I waited a while before writing this review. Dr Siddiqui has been amazing from the moment my daughter was born. She was born on a Friday night at 10pm and the doctor happened to around so within an hr he was in my hospital room introducing himself to me and my partner. Gave my daughter a quick exam and was extremely friendly. My daughter had to spend a few days in NICU after her birth and when we went to her follow and first Dr visit he was up to date on everything that had taken place. I am a new mom so I had many questions within the first few months and he was very quick on returning my calls

I often over looked the dingy appearance and drafty rooms because I found a wonderful Pediatrician, Dr Anna Christoff. Despite finding a doctor that I like I doubt I will ever return to this office.

The night before my scheduled appointment I was threatened with a $30 charge if I could not attend. The following morning, about an hour before my appointment, the office canceled. I inquired about compensation for the late cancellation but was denied.

The unprofessional atmosphere and the way management handles their patients will keep me from returning.

I came with my infant baby and gave her name and our appointment time to the receptionist. After waiting a long time, they finally figured out that they mixed the records of my baby with an older child even though I told her my name. They finally let me see the doctor but not before a walk-in patient saw the doctor before us. The same receptionist also previously demanded that I bring my insurance card. I told her that I already gave her the insurance numbers and does she really need it and no she didn't need it. My baby's folder even had a big neon sticker that said copay. Ironically

Baby ear piercing!!
I've never been here, BUT i think this place deserves some credit for (according to the sign in the window) baby ear piercing...starting at 3 months old!
My pediatrician's office offers it for 8 y/o+, and i checked with other pediatricians in my area, to no avail. I finally resorted to taking both of my babies to Claire's- who did a fine job, but it just seems safer, calmer and more private to do it at a doctors office. i wish I had found this place sooner!!
