DO NOT GET COVID TESTING DONE AT THIS OFFICE. I came here on Friday 7/10 to get a COVID-19 test. I was not told to fill out any paper work, but just to give them my phone number and social security number. I figured it had to do with paperless contact, so at the time I didn’t think anything of it.
The staff member told me I would receive the… results the following Wednesday at the latest. That day came and went. I called that Thursday and spoke with a different staff member, who asked when I got tested. When I told her the 10th she said they definitely didn’t have any of those

Went here today with my son who had a sore throat. We walked in around 6pm and they had already started vacuuming and looked like they were getting ready to close (they close at 7pm). There was little to no wait, unlike Reagan where we had been going. Doctors and nurses listened and were efficient. They did not over prescribe antibiotics, but did suggest them on a follow up. Reception was nice. They do not take all insurance as implied so call (Tricare)

They’re front desk lies and tells you they accept Kaiser and you only owe your co-pay. Kaiser Declined insurance payment stating they should have informed me my plan didn’t have coverage there. Then they send… the bill to a collection service to try to scare you into paying the full balance they sent to your insurance. I’m disputing the amount owed!
