Sugarloaf Medical P.C - Internal Medicine Primary care is a privately owned, out-patient medical practice that was established in 2008 by Dr. Shukri George Makhlouf as medical director. At Sugarloaf Medical P.C. - Internal Medicine Primary Care, we manage a wide range of both acute and chronic medical conditions focusing on preventive care.
Each Sugarloaf Medical patient is given access to a secure patient portal called the Patient Portal. The Patient Portal is designed to improve communication between our physicians and patients. The Patient Portal can be accessed through a direct link we can send patients by email or through links on the Sugarloaf Medical website.
Arriving at least 15 minutes before initial appointment is requested. Moreover, please remember to bring in all medications you are currently taking with you to your first visit (this includes all over-the-counter drugs as well.)

Sugarloaf Medical PC participates with most insurance plans with limited exceptions. Each insurance plan has different benefit packages and regulations, and it is impossible for Sugarloaf Medical to know all insurance packages and/or to verify benefits for each patient. Patients should be familiar with their insurance benefits, including policy coverage for the copay, deductible, and co-insurance amounts.

I recently went to Sugarloaf Medical and saw Dr. Dallas. The office is beautiful and clean and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Dallas was right on time and didn't leave me waiting. He was very thorough and made me feel confident that I was getting the best care. I am so grateful to have found Sugarloaf Medical and Dr. Dallas. Highly recommend this practice.

Excellent experience! Everyone is so friendly and the visits are efficient- no time wasted waiting around (which is so rare these days)! Nurses are awesome and Dr Nick Dallas is attentive and has amazing bedside manner. He addressed all my concerns and then some. So glad I finally found a great doc!

Great experience! called for appointment at Sugarloaf Medical and got it the same day. Office staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Parikh is great: Knowledgeable, Sensitive, very informative, respectful and a great doctor. He has been very attentive to all my health issues. I definitely recommend this practice!

Dr. Makhlouf is the best! My family has moved away from Suwanee and still drive to see him because he is precise, knowledgeable, concerned about you as a patient, and has a wonderful bedside manner. His office staff are all so friendly and welcoming and know me by name. I always feel at home here, highly recommend!

I mentioned this in another review. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I trust him with my life. Our boys drive from Marietta to see him. He is very knowledgeable, caring and professional and makes me feel like the most important patient. We LOVE him and his team. Please do yourself a favor and make an appointment to see him.
