Hillandale Primary Care has alway offered excellent care! The front office and healthcare team continue to provide stellar quality care for my family for over 24 years. During these difficult Covid times for great healthcare it requires patience, grace and understanding.

I scheduled an appointment with the doctor but they rescheduled me, I had to wait two weeks, then they rescheduled me again, lost all of my information that I gave them. The day before my appointment I got a text saying to give them a call, I called them and they had a o reschedule me again. She told me that I had to wait another 3 weeks to be seen. I was looking for a new doctor but the staff is too incompetent to book a solid appointment and retain correct information. I would never go to this place.

Dr. Niaz Is a very rude individual who compares black women based on statistics rather than your medical chart.
She’s impersonal argumentative and extremely rude. I’ll never visit this office again.

Dr. Niaz is a very unprofessional, vindictive, sorry excuse for a doctor. I was seeing her since January 2018 and she cares more about money than actually treating her patients. She got mad because I reported her to the medical board and had someone from her office call to tell me to see another doctor. I told them she can go straight to hell because she is such a worthless provider who will lie to your face about what she's treating you for just so that she can avoid completing paperwork. DO NOT GO TO THIS PROVIDER.

Dr. Niaz is and has been awful to me for my entire time as a patient with her. I would’ve never thought another woman could treat another woman seeking healthcare this terribly. I am APPALLED If I could rate as a zero stars I would!!! Yes I am a lower income woman but that doesn’t mean I should be treated any differently than someone of more means. I’ve never been the patient of a doctor who would outright refuse my SCHEDULED visits! I’ve had a scheduled appointment and she basically just left stating she had an emergency 🤬 like seriously? I had a scheduled follow up visit with Dr. Niaz

Very caring and friendly staff. Makes you not want to leave. Doctor is amazing. Never had a bad experience at this clinic.
After my first time here, I have never stopped coming here for anything health related.
If you ever have any problem that needs some medical attention, this is the first place you should go check out.
Best clinic EVER. Trying this place out is a MUST. I’d give it 10 stars if it was possible.

Dr. Niaz is a very intelligent, compassionate, and sincere physician. Her front staff is very professional and I never have to wait too long before being seen, unlike other clinics. The nurse who draws my blood is also very good — quick and painless! :)

DON’T GO TO THIS PROVIDER! I was extremely sick, their NP was treating me for over a month. I never seen the doctor which was ok. The NP took me out of work filled paperwork out for my leave incorrectly. After my hospital visit I went back to getting treated by her, and needed her to correct the paperwork. I went back up to the office to give them the paperwork and the doctor (NP wasn’t there) refused to fill out my paperwork. Even after she looked at all of my conditions, appointments, and hospital visits. The doctor talked to me so inappropriate and treated me like dirt! Her attitude is horrible

I have been a patient here for the past 8 years, and l must admit this is by far the best practice l have EVER been to. Everyone is friendly and caring all the providers are on top of it. And my girls, the back office staff the medical assistants are diamonds, they have become like family to me. All my concerns are always meet. If you want a doctor the cares you have found the right one.
