Our practice is dedicated to offering you with the best primary care services available. AMA is a group of Board Certified Primary Care Providers located in Chandler and Maricopa, AZ. Our doctors work directly with Dignity Hospitals and have direct admit privileges. Our patients can skip the ER if they need to be admitted to the hospital, our doctors can get them admitted without waiting and the hassle of the ER.

Our staff is friendly and we strive to make each and every visit a positive experience for you. We enjoy seeing a wide range of patients including children (ages 14 and above) and elderly. We believe in listening to you, the patient, and your needs and in working to achieve your heath care desires.

AMA specializes in Internal Medicine practices include practicing preventative medicine, diagnosing and treating, Medication Management, Physicals, Well Women/Men Exams, PAPs, Minor Injuries, burns, and much more. Allergen immunotherapy is a form of treatment aimed at decreasing your sensitivity to environmental allergens. Immunotherapy involves introducing small amounts of an allergen on a regular basis. It is the only treatment that targets the cause of allergy and alters the natural cause of the disease.

This place is a joke.....nobody ever answers the phone. The doctors do not care about their patient's welfare. They could care less if they promise a follow up call with critical blood test results and then never call leaving their patient's dangling in the wind. I am very surprised someone hasn't contacted the medical board.

I’ve been seeing Becky Goodson for about 8 years now. She’s been on this journey with me to discovering I had a chronic illness, which is one misunderstood. She listens to me. She’s open to my suggestions. I missed her during the time the office wasn’t taking my insurance. I have always been treated with kindness and understanding. I appreciate her as well as Nancy. This has been such a horrible experience. The front desk staff doesn’t have a clue. You can never get ahold of anybody when you call. It takes up to 24 hours to get a call back and that’s even if they remember to call you. It’s hard when you’re waiting for your blood work and they either didn’t put the paperwork through or put the wrong order in. Seriously?! How hard can it be? I missed 3 different days of work because they’ve made the same mistake that many times. Plus Dr. Nadir who saw me in the hospital for about 2 minutes asked me to be her patient. Never seen that person 1 time

Whether you acknowledge it or not, reviews are a crucial part for any type of business which may have an online presence. And unfortunately, people who have had a bad experience are much more likely to seek an outlet to vent and have every right to do exactly that.
I have personally read the other reviews for AMA and their staff and was quite surprised to see that there are much more negative than positive for this office. I rarely take the time to submit any type of review either negative or positive but felt the urge to at this time. I have only been a patient of Dr. Roberts since early 2019

I normally see my regular doctor for routine checkup/blood work, but decided to come here instead because of availability and convenience. I didn't even speak with a MD, but it was a NP instead. I was never charged for a physical and yearly blood work for preventative maintenance. but I was billed $360 which my insurance only covered $138. The concierge at my insurance tried to dispute the charges, but to no avail since I was billed as a new patient rate. I wish I knew this ahead of time before going in and now I have to spend an extra $221 out of pocket.

Nurse practitioners Pam and Becky are both amazing and very thorough. They are very knowledgeable and super nice. They always make me feel comfortable and listened to. I've been seeing them since they were at Vista Medical Group. I am so thankful for these providers. Their medical assistant Nancy is extremely friendly and has a great attitude. Wait times are very short and they've been very prompt in getting referrals for me. I won't go anywhere else.

I started coming here a year ago, I was diagnosed with chronic bronchitis back in 2015 and had it for a year. After realizing I wasn't getting the care that I needed elsewhere and I wasn't getting better, only worse I finally made an appointment with Joann. I went in, in tears and told her I couldn't breathe, I was missing work and I was on the verge of being fired from my job. Can't say enough positive things about this practice, seriously! And I've been their patient for years now so I speak from experience. First of all, the staff is super friendly and competent and seem to handle admin tasks with speed (very beneficial when you're sick and need help). Now regarding the physician ---> Dr. Nadir is just awesome all around! Very knowledgeable and caring; but what I really appreciate is her holistic outlook and approach to solving medical issues.
