I was referred a few years ago to Dr. Meena by a close friend and himself a doctor. I was looking for a PC and Dr. Meena came highly recommended. From the first visit I was put at ease with her gentle bedside manner, keen ability to listen and feeling that she was wholly interested in my well being.

Dr. Meena is a wonderful doctor. I was involved in a car accident in December and hurt my neck and shoulder. Visit two other doctors (didn’t listen to my symptoms carefully) before find her, she is easy to talk with and sincerely care about my pain and problems. I’ve recommended her to family, friends, and co-workers. Also, I have never had any problem getting in and make an appointment with her office.

I am a relatively new patient of Excel Primary Care. Dr. Meena is so sweet and caring. Its been a really long time that a Doctor actually sat down and listened and explained things without feeling rushed. When I have to wait a few minutes, it just means she is giving exceptional care to another patient. Her staff is super friendly and easy to work with. I am so grateful to have found them!

Dr. Venugopal is a wonderful physician! I speak from experience as a shadowing nurse practitioner student, as well as a patient. She genuinely cares for her patients and their wellbeing. She takes her time with each patient, carefully listening to their needs, wants, and concerns. Dr. Meena's knowledge is vast, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, aesthetics to diet/behavioral modification, and everything in between. I highly recommended her!

I DO NOT recommend going to this office unless you want to waste your time and money. I made an appointment for a simple cold that DR.Mena has confirmed illness and refused to write a doctor note for my job because "she didn't feel comfortable " exactly in her words! Before making the appointment and after i left i made sure with the front desk no payment was needed because my insurance covered the services. Find out i get billed for just coming in for being diagnosed with a cold for $127.40 and with no doctors note for my job! This office is by far one of the WORST! I have confirmed

My son and I have been patients of Dr. Meena’s for several years now. She is one of the best! She is thorough and takes her time with you answering any questions you may have. It is very easy to get an appointment and Bonnie her medical assistant is a great asset to the team. She genuinely cares- I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Meena is excellent! The staff at Excel Primary Care is also excellent. I have been an engineer for 30+ years and I want detailed information for anything important in my life, such as health issues. Dr. Meena always evaluates my health issues in great detail and is very good at explaining the need for the evaluations and the results. I have had other doctors that were well polished and I had pleasant visits with them, but after I thought about it, I really didn't get the information I wanted. My search for a doctor is not a personality test, I want a medical professional that is extremely thorough

I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr Meena for about 4 years. I have seen the love and respect her patients have for her. As a medical provider she is absolutely fabulous. I have searched for so long for a Dr I'm comfortable with, and every practice I've been to has always a change in Doctors, that doesn't happen here. I love that I see Dr Meena at every visit and she really listens to concerns and truly cares. The entire staff is so awesome. Love walking in and they remember who I am and they are all just so friendly.

To start, the front desk girls were so kind and courteous to me from the moment I walked in! I can never find a doctors office where the entire staff is genuinely friendly, and they totally proved that they were all welcoming and cared about me. Once I met with Dr Meena I was so happy that I found a doctor who made me feel comfortable. Doctors visits aren’t always the most fun experience but she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She took her time, didn’t rush me out and did everything she could to really hear my concerns. Thank you all for the great experience! I will recommend this place

Went in with my infant for her shots,when we got to the office 15 minutes early there was no one there. I filled out paperwork and then waited to be taken back. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time they finally took us to a room. It was cold and uncomfortable with outdated posters on the wall. We then waited there another 20 minutes before we were seen. The doctor finally came in and had no answers for me about the questions I asked. She was NOT good with any medical or kid related questions. She then measured and weighed my kid and went to get the shots. She then came back to tell me

I have been seeing Dr. Meena Venugopal for 4 months and have been very happy with the care I receive. I had several issues including weight loss and I feel as though she was the first doctor I have had in a decade who actually listens and offers solutions. Really just not happy with my experience overall the front office staff was gossiping in the back while my paperwork was sitting on the desk waiting for them to put it into the system. It took way to much time for the doctor to get back into my room for no apparent reason since I didn't see any other patients in the office. I don't feel like the doctor took my knowledge of my medical condition into consideration only her 'scientific opinion'. Just really frustrated with the doctor and staff will not be returning.

I have been seeing Dr. Meena for ten months.. she has always been very caring yet firm with me about getting my anxiety and blood pressure under control... well here I am off blood pressure meds for over a month and my anxiety is under control. I'm happier and healthier than I have been in years and I owe it all to Dr. Meena!!! I can't forget to mention the staff.. the office has seen some turnover but the girls she has now are fantastic.. very friendly and helpful.. love that they call and remind me about my appointments.

Terrible experience. All I needed was some simple blood work done to be cleared to have my breast augmentation done, but Dr Meena Venugopal wanted to do all these other tests I did not need for clearance. She also said breast surgery was a major surgery and takes several hours??? Um wrong lady, It's minor surgery and takes about an hour. I felt she was just judging me and wanted to do everything she could to not clear me for surgery. She also looked at me and said I should have a Hep C test done because I have tattoos! Are you serious?? I WILL NOT go back here. I'm getting my blood work
