We had a shower valve that needed to be installed, so we called Marco Plumbing. We didn't realize it at the time, but they sent a Handyman instead of a Certified, Licensed Plumber to do the job. He finished the job, charged over $200/hr for the work, then told us he was only a handyman, not a plumber. Worst part was that I was going to finish installing the shower head and control handle and trim, but when I went to do so, I recognized that the control valve had not been installed properly, so I couldn't finish the work myself.
