My husband and I met with Alex a couple of times we liked his professionalism. We gave a deposit for a living trust package and we were supposed to receive a phone appointment from the office with Jennifer to verify information prior to final paperwork. I spoke with her in between appointments as she had missed one appointment and I called her to see why she hadn't kept that appointment. I needed a trust fund set up for my 3 children. Family Tree was very professional, courteous and understood what I needed and actually helped me make very important decisions once I explained the family's needs and situations.
