Jim and Debbie Placet met in 1993 when they were both working for Liberty Financial. Jim worked in the Great American Bank branches in the Frys grocery stores offering alternative investments to bank products. And Debbie was the wholesaler for these alternative products and services. My husband and I have used RJP Estate Planning for years for our family's estate. We recently made an appointment to update it because we acquired a new property and we needed to change the executor of the trust. The appointments were easy to schedule and quick and efficient. They answered all our questions and put the new trust on a Zip drive which is very handy. I would highly recommend their services.

I needed a document quickly for the sale of my mother's home, so I called RJP to request this. They took my name and number and said I would get a call back shortly, and I did! Susan Palmer called back within 30 minutes, and I had everything I needed in my email 5 minutes later. Great service, great experience, highly recommend using RJP for your estate planning needs. When my grandfather passed away in 2016, my grandmother called me and said she was going to do a Living Trust. She picked RJP Estate Planning to help her do this. This is a great company that cares about your needs and the needs of the family. It is now 2020 and I have had to call RJP Estate Planning many times in reference to the Living Trust they did for my grandmother. The latest call was due to a fire that burned down my grandmother’s home. Susan has been so helpful and willing to return all of my calls/emails. My husband and I attended one of RJPs webinars knowing very little about what a trust is, but knowing that it’s important and we’ve put it off for too long. We decided to complete our trust after watching the webinar and we’re so glad we did. The staff at RJP is knowledgeable and professional and they made things easy for us to understand. RJP Estate Planning handled my parents trust with the utmost care. I have a blended family, and RJP was able to create a trust specific enough to fit my families needs. Any time my parents have questions or need to make changes, RJP is there, and they are friendly and helpful. Mark S and Chris Cohan handle all of my parents affairs and Mark is always there to walk them through any changes. It is so comforting to know that my parents are set up during these scary times and have someone they can always call! Love RJP and love how they helped my parents.

Update since my original review:
Since my review we were contacted by RJP regarding the experience we had at our final meeting. I have to say I have alot of respect for a company who will call and find out what had happened & try to make it right. We were moved to another agent by the name of Beverly Dalberg. Not only did she make an appt to come to our home but took the time to carefully explain all the papers in the trust & what we still needed to do & how.
I was so impressed by how she was with my parents & the fact the owner of RJP actually cares about their clients that I will now soon be

I am not one to review anything, but I wanted to share the experience my 83 year old grandmother had with RJP Estate Planning. She attended a seminar on living wills and trusts and I went with her. The people that worked for the company were all very nice. I went to a different seminar with a different organization with my grandmother and the speaker was so aggressive trying to get her to buy their services and it was awful. But this seminar was great. Instead of pressuring her, they asked a lot of questions and then helped her figure out what she needed to do. And it wasn't what we thought we

Our blended family's special requests gave RJP lots of trouble that we totally did not expected. Yet RJP patiently revise the plan again and again to meet our special requests.. ... anyway, both my wife and I were very satisfied with the end result and were very impressed by their patience and professional attitude.
