I went here yesterday and I've been going here for a year now but I think they have a new girl she's really young. She doesn't know what she's doing she didn't ask me absolutely no questions about my pedicure service I had to ask for the colors because she just sat there talking to the other women. Might I add I never got the book to see what service I want, she started cutting my nails without asking, she cut the skin of two of my toes and didn't even apologize. For the first time in a year it was awkward and I think I'm going to take my services elsewhere

Update. So I been going to this nail salon since i got to the island the first time i went was amazing the work on my nails was everything... as i continued to go I was disappointed little by little few minor things no harm right? but today I left that place upset i went in for a basic pedi with regular polish i made sure i repeated my self. I did get the basic pedi but she put gel when i specifically repeated to but regular polish i don't like the gel on my toes and to top it off i got overly charge for a basic pedicure that took way longer than it should have and she cut the sides of my toe nails

First off, I made an appointment, got there early and still waited 45 minutes to start my services. When I called I asked if they do hard gel or resin and they said yes to both. Then asked if they do nail arts and designs and they said yes as well. When they started on my hands, they asked, “do you want tips,” and I said “no, I want my natural nail because they are long enough now.” When I showed them the nail art I wanted, they told me “I can’t do that because your nails are not that long.” If you can do nail art, the nail does not have to be as long as the picture I’m giving.

Excellent Service! I come to this nail salon to get everything done, from eyelashes to pedicures. I am always able to come in whenever my schedule permits and each person that works here takes their time with customers that allow for excellent results. Highly recommend this nail salon. I needed a pedicure and Ana was amazing i actually cut my toe nail wrong and it grew back hurting, slightly painful process but Ana was very careful and always made sure i was comfortable. I highly recommend coming here to Nails Design in Wahiawa!! The staff is all so very friendly and caring!! They are the best and it doesn't matter which person you go to because they all take care of you and do such a great job!! This is the only place I trust to touch my feet!! (I've had some bad experiences that have made me scared and nervous) Lol. They have beautiful artwork for manis/pedis and they also have waxing services. They even do lashes!!! I was told by a friend who did her lashes there to try it out and I have been coming here ever since!!! Shoutout to Cindy for my lashes

The only place in Hawaii I will go to get my nails done. The only reason I come here is for Sue, she always knows exactly what I'm asking for. I've been going to her for years and don't trust anyone else with my nails. She always makes my nails look amazing, and she's super fast too. If you get your nails done by her, you will not be disappointed!!

Got my nails done by THi and she did a great job!! I love having long glamorous nails and that exactly what she gave Me. I let her freestyle a design on my ring fingers and it came out amazing !!! The price is super affordable and she lets you know how much your nails are going to be before she does it and if you add on anything she lets you know how much it is which I love. She is very friendly and I would definitely recommend going to her.

Im writing this review as I sit and wait over an hour for my gel fill. I guess it's partly my fault since I didn't make an appointment.
This is my third visit. The first was an early morning walk in during the week. The second was by appointment. This time Friday before noon (note to self make an appointment next time).
The parking situation is horrid! Few stalls and they share a space with multiple other merchants which makes it even harder to get a parking space.
