I don't think I have ever been to a nail salon I've loved so much!
When it comes to a mani/pedi, I'm pretty minimalistic. I enjoy a long-lasting gel mani & regular polish pedi. Both my mani/pedis at this shop lasts forever (3 weeks, no chips or peeling) & I love that!
The last few times I've went, I had the pleasure of getting my nails did by (Hoang). Definitely went above and beyond for me each time. Always making sure I'm happy with everything. She is also really great to talk to.

I went to Ali'i Nails on Sunday for a pedicure. This was the first time that I have gone for a pedicure since 2019. I had that first available appointment when they opened in the morning. I felt comfortable when I came in. The staff who greated me at the door was friendly and followed their protocols in place for COVID. I liked that they had you go and wash your hands after checking in. Cindy was the girl who did my pedicure. I had apologized to her about my feet since I had not had one is such a long time. She was nice and did a great job! I felt like I was given the royal treatment

Wowzah! Probably the most "all around nail spa" that is worth sharing to anyone wondering where to go for nail or beauty services in Hawaii.

Love Gigi at Ali'i nails! She is amazing at nail designs and takes a lot of pride in her work. I've been seeing her for a few months now and I am beyond impressed with her creativity and skill. Hanna is also my personal recommendation for pedicures, gives great massages and leaves my skin looking beautiful each time.

This place is pretty good. I get a pedicure with gel polish so it last longer and get my nails done whether it be fills or new set. Lam is really good and pretty gentle for a guy and has done my nails the past couple times. But this time Tina did my nails and pedi and had done a fabulous job to match my grandsons bday theme of ocean, fish, netting, etc. She is so awesome! This is the place to go to bc they really try to accommodate your designs. Tina is my go to person!!

Update: (May 2021 My one toe nail is still red and swollen 3 months later!!! My other two nails are also painful.) I went here in December and the guy did a good job, but this time he cut out the ingrown toenails while I wasn’t paying attention, even though I didn’t ask for that, I asked for him to only cut nails straight across. But when he was supposed to be cleaning nails he took scissors and cut my nails down the side!!! Who does that?? I’ve been getting my nails down for 15 years and this has never happened. Ingrown nails are a medical issue that needs to be dealt with by a doctor not

I've been going to Ali'i Nails for a while now, this review is been long due.
Anyways I love going to Ali'i Nails because first its very near where I live. Second, because I get awesome service. I always get gel manicure, spa pedicure and waxing services with no issues. Their mani-pedi services are pretty straight forward and priced reasonably.
They observe safety protocols and have clean facilities.
Gigi and her team are on roll especially on busy days. That is why to avoid any hassles I always call for an appointment and of course arrive for my scheduled appointment on time

Came in by walk in.. 1st time too. The woman told me that I would have to wait 30-45minutes. I placed my info on the chart, and waited in my car safely to be called upon.. so, I was never called or texted to be seen. The place didn't look all busy, idk what it was. I just felt forgotten. And I was looking forward to getting a pedi and full set acrylic. Well I could only say that I never was serviced. Luckily I had other things to do.. so I didn't waste my time waiting.. Nor was I contacted. Will think again in the future on visiting the place.. and might just think about making an appointment.

I called on a Thursday to make a next day appointment for 3 people. At first, the person helping me told me they could only fit us in at 4PM, but I was looking for 5 or later. Thankfully, she was able to accommodate us at 5 for three pedicures.

I came here on 01/24/2021 with my husband to get a pedicure. The experience was laughable at most. I tried to like it, but I don't think I'll be returning any time soon.
We came for a 4pm appointment because our regular nail salon was already booked. Anyway, we arrived at 4pm and they seat us on the chair to get the pedicure and we sat there for a good thirty minutes before someone came to turn on the water to soak our feet.
The most awkward thing was there was NO music playing or no background noise (example: a TV). It was just silence and the sound of people working on manicures.

We decided to try our nails at this new place since we were in the area. I am used to doing my nails at least twice a month and have been to various location around the island. This has been one of the places I would not go back to.
They did a great job following Covid procedures to start. They have a form to fill out, take your temperature, offer sanitizer and make you wash your hands upon entrance. This will be based on my experience and my boyfriends experience that I witnessed.

This place was amazing! The workers were so sweet and they did an amazing job on our manicures and pedicures. They spent extra time to make sure they looked just right and the lady doing my nails even made mine a very pretty ombré for no extra charge! I am just here visiting, but if I lived here this would definitely be my go-to place!

Well, I didn't think to come to the nail salon during this pandemic would be a good idea, however, after reading the reviews on here YELP really changed my mind.
They are very clean, safe, and take pride in making sure customers are satisfied with the service provided.

I’m actually sad writing this review and giving this place one star. On Saturday my grandparents were both 70 years old went to get a pedicure together. They both got the deluxe pedicure my papa didn’t want a… massage he just wanted to clean up callus removal and a topcoat. My grandma wanted everything. On Wednesday three days after their appointment my grandma’s toe started chipping off and she was not happy to say the least. Come to find out they ripped off my grandparents and didn’t provide the full services they paid for. While being there they didn’t get

Worst and most expensive refill. I came in for an acrylic refill (they call it solar refill). After the tech added the acrylic there was a gap between the acrylic and my cuticles so it looked grown out. The tech rushed through painting my nails and did not paint the front of the nails. I can deal with those small things but the really dissappointing part is that the edges near the cuticles (the refilled acrylic) lifted after just 2 days. That's unheard of and never happened to me before. I still don't know how that's even possible. I wanted to save myself from driving another 5 minutes to Oasis

Really disappointed i went in and asked for a certain design that contained the Acrylic powered and than my ring finger so be acrylic powered mixed with Gliter she did not listen and was so determined I get it with gel 55 dollars later and I'm really disappointed definitely dont recommended coming here you wont be listened to also some of my nails look like they are also grown out on some
