Hello, I am Dr. Sheila Forman. I am a psychologist and life coach and I have been helping people for over twenty years. I did my post-doctoral training in group therapy, earned a specialized certificate, and am listed in the National Registry of Group Psychotherapists. More recently, I became an MB-EAT Instructor.
I would like to tell you how impressed I was with your writing. I will recommend your books to all my friends. I worked as a nurse for over 40 years and cared for people all my life but I never learned to take care of myself. I live in Germany and I wish your books would be printed in German so I can tell all my friends to buy one.

Mindful eating is the middle ground between mindless eating (bingeing) and restricted eating (dieting). With mindful eating you will stop shifting between the two and instead find a powerful balance. Your power will come from your choice of how you will satisfy your desire for pleasure, comfort, health and satisfaction.
