My one-on-one training programs are available for individuals of all ages, not just adults. We will work together to find a system that works best for your body and lifestyle. Body and Way of Life Fitness was founded to help make fitness accessible to those who prefer a more individual or personalized approach.

Our promise is to help people from all walks of life achieve their individual health and fitness goals - no matter their shape, age, and experience. Since a young age I have been involved in the fitness world, beginning with Judo which helped transform my own personal life and introduced me to incredible mentors and fitness individuals around the world.
Services
I grew up doing judo with my father and have traveled all over the world for training and competition. I've gone to Japan many times for training and it is one of the many places where I have improved myself in the martial arts and as a person through self-discovery. Through Judo, I've gone through many obstacles which have become gifts in which I learned a lot about the philosophy behind the martial art and have challenged myself to grow.

I decided to hire a personal trainer because no matter what I did, I wasn't able to balance work, life, etc. with finding time to exercise. Add to that a major fear I have of re-injuring myself due to a lot of over-use injuries from sports, including having to undergo a spinal fusion surgery as a young adult. I was so worried about injuring myself again, that I avoided almost all types of exercise other than walking. I had no idea how to get back into shape and to my ideal weight. My friends convinced me to hire a personal trainer. I was concerned about training with someone who was judgmental

Jon is extremely professional and works with you to customize your workout plan. He pays attention to your progress and adjusts your workouts so that your body never gets accustomed to the workouts. He also helps you with meal plans as well as mini workouts on the days you are not training with him. Regardless if you have 30mins, 15mins, or 10mins on the days you don't meet up, Jon has a workout plan to fit your time restraints.
His communication is great and his personality is always cool and calm and he is easy to talk to.
Overall, he is an excellent trainer and I highly recommend his services

Jon is not only an amazing trainer but he’s also a great life coach! He not only helps me with my physical training but with my mental and emotional side of training as well through his unique martial arts training approach. I’ve lost 15 lbs already and have toned up to the to the body image that I’ve been wanting to get for a long time already! He also trains with you and engages with you during the workouts! I highly recommend training with him!

I've hired Jon Paul as a personal trainer for more than one year. I have no words to thank him for his patience and kindness. Jon Paul perfectly adapted the sessions to my needs, challenging me just as needed. Jon is a very chill down to earth and very competent trainer. He’s not your typical “meathead” and even a beginner like myself feels comfortable with him. He’s very structured and plans workouts ahead of time, provides feedback on proper form, diet, nutrition, and supplements. I recently started training with Jon and rank him among the best of trainers I’ve attempted. Highly recommend him!

Jon is the best personal trainer I have ever had. He is friendly, super knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise and the fact that he is a black belt in martial arts means he is also an expert in helping create confidence, balance, patience and self-respect. I couldn't be happier with Jon.

JP has been my personal trainer after I took a bit of a hiatus from working out and I’m glad that I found him! Before I began working out with him, I was anxious that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with personal training but he’s completely changed my mind about that. I have been able to keep up with my workouts and even surpass limits that I had set for myself in my mind. I feel myself getting stronger and can’t wait to see how I progress within the next couple of months.
I also feel safer after working out with JP since he has been teaching me self-defense and Judo techniques. I honestly

Very professional staff specifically Jonny who is an excellent trainer. He's very knowledgeable and passionate about martial arts and fitness. I came in one day through a recommendation from a friend. I was unsure of the place being new. I got acclimated quickly with the patience, pacing and effectiveness of the workouts and training. I recommend this to anyone who wants to level up no matter what level they are on.
