My experience with the Sunset Neurological team was excellent. The support staff was very friendly and I was expeditiously set up with an appointment. Doctor Coppola was very professional and meticulous with my case. As a combat wounded veteran, this team of physicians and support staff addressed all of my concerns. I definitely recommend them for any neurological medical concerns!

I don’t write many reviews, BUT when you have an experience like mine one needs to. I came to the office is not so good shape, i was greeted by friendly staff and an amazing individual by the name of Trina. I believe with my entire being when you’re being treated the individual performing the treatment plays a huge role. Trina is heaven sent! I REPEAT TRINA IS HEAVEN SENT! There would be rough days for me and by the end Trina had me laughing and smiling. I CANNOT thank her enough! I am saddened to be finished with my treatments but blessed to have had amazing results and to have met another

Went in yesterday for a CT Scan. The entire process took me an hour which means it moved really fast. The only thing is that when I first called to make the appointment I had mention I needed it to be for Head and Sinus as per my doctor's request. Yesterday when I arrived they only requested authorization from my insurance for only the Head CT and not the Sinus. I told the girl at the front desk that I mentioned it on the phone the time I called and she asked me if I sent in the prescription, I said no because on the phone the person said they would contact my doctor and send everything to the

I have no words to express how greatful I am to have found Dr Alfaro and her team(Specially Trina). A very close family member has suffered from depression and anxiety for many years and together we have being looking for help without success. I’m writing this review on her behalf to maintain her privacy. Great office and very professional practice, few minutes waiting while filling up papers as a new patient, Dr.Hughes was excellent during my examination, everything was explained very well and I felt like she took there time with me, making sure I understood everything.
