If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled visit and have not notified the front office, you may have to reschedule your appointment. We strive to stay on schedule with our patients, and we appreciate your cooperation with this matter. Failing to contact the office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a $40 fee.

The nurses at Mount Pleasant Dermatology always listen carefully to your problem and document what you tell them. They all seem very concerned. Dr. Smith Phillips is very personable and caring. She listens carefully and relates your experiences to her own. I highly recommend Dr. Smith Phillips for her professionalism, experience, and knowledge. I always feel very comfortable at Mount Pleasant Dermatology.

Office staff from front desk to dismissal are cheerful and eager to help. The waiting in the treatment room was brief. Time spent with the doctor and assistant was relaxed, efficient, and informational. I left with all of the notes that were verbatim from our conversations, which is helpful in the long run :-)

Doctor Wooten and staff were very professional and super courteous. Being my first visit I had a lot of questions and both Dr Wooten and nurse Jen answered all my concerns and explained everything in detail which made me feel very comfortable. Overall I was in good hands and will definitely keep coming back for any other treatments if needed.

I have been driving from Columbia to Mt Pleasant Dermatology for five years. I have never had a phone call unanswered or a prescription not called in or a question unanswered. Dr Smith-Phillips is the ultimate professional and a kind, wonderful doctor. The staff is always professional and courteous, a tribute to the Mt Pleasant Dermatologists!
