Services
Riverfront Nutrition Associates provides one on one nutrition counseling in a quite and personal office setting. The initial visit is approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Your nutrition counselor will obtain a medical history, your present dietary intake and habits, and long term goals. You will leave the office with specific, short term goals and a meal plan.
For instance, cooking at home instead of eating out, opting for mustard instead of mayo, and choosing whole grain over plain white bread are fairly easy swaps and will keep you and your family members at their healthiest and their best.
