We had an extended here and have nothing but positive things to say. The sites are spacious and the hook ups available are great. The owners are very accommodating and do a wonderful job maintaining the property. If you are looking to stay in the Chester county area definitely choose this campground over KOA or any others.

A very simple, nice campground. Sites are gravel, are level, and the hook up hookups are good. All sites are full hookup. My only complaint was that the road around the campground was narrow and very bumpy. Lots of holes. It's a parent in some areas that they are repairing the road. There's a beautiful Creek running alongside the campground. There is a pool. I did not use the showers or bathrooms so can't tell you about those. Spots are sizable.

We stayed here twice in 2012 and just returned in 2021. Still the same campground I remeber. Cameron was very helpful with a spare hitch when ours broke as we pulled into the campground. There are lots of seasonal campers but its definitely not a trailer park. It seems to be old people who use their campers on the weekends. Our boys loved running up and down the creek. We look forward to returning in the fall.

Traveling from Pittsburgh to Phoenixville to visit family I attempted to make a two night reservation. Per the website I left an email. The next day I called the number listed on the website and left a message. The next day I called a number on the voicemail for "immediate service". I finally reached someone who told me, "I'm out of town and not taking reservations". Great customer service, great way to keep the campsite booked. Thank goodness there were other sites close by willing to accommodate us.

I booked this site for my dogs and I (And my girlfriend who had to work, but still visited once each day). Originally, I had booked Site #53 but when I arrived the lady at the office (She was very nice) told me that due to a cancellation I had been moved to a better site, #49. Having looked on Google Maps Street View (Yes, some of their campground is on Street View!) I was happy to make this switch. #49 is much wider and does not have a seasonal rental on either side - just fellow transients so you may or may not have someone next to you. This site was also very flat and more than big enough to
