I usually camp at state parks rather than private campgrounds and this confirms why. The vibe was very much a trailer park, which is not camping to me. The sites were incredibly small. My slide was inches from the awning of the camper on my right and my awning was inches from the slide of the camper on my left. I also don't like having my fire ring that close to two campers and trucks but there was nowhere else to put it. For how much I felt like I was in a parking lot, this was way overpriced. Checkout being noon is also three hours earlier than state parks, which means three hours off my trip

It's a nice campground, but not great. Sites were really close together. Hookups were not very conveniently located in relation to RV connections. They had a nice swimming pool and most of the sites were shaded by trees, which was nice. They advertised a pig roast the weekend we booked and is one of the reasons we booked it, but they didn't have it.

The owners have the worst hospitality I’ve ever come across. But the office lady is nice. We had 2 spots book and was told we can pay on arrival. After a 24hr trip and showing up, we were told our spots have been cancelled. After I talked to them the day before and everything was good. Come to find out the spots we had booked, that were going to last all winter. Weren’t even winter spots. They were to be shut off in 2 weeks with no other winter spots available. Talked to the owner and he blamed everything on us. That we should have payed over there website. Even when there employee told me

DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Me and my friend reserved two spots with this campground and they sent us a email wanting payment before we got there which was not a problem but the nice office lady told us we could pay when we got there. So we made the 24 hour trip to white oak and when we arrived they had cancelled our spots and told us it was because we didn’t pay over email even though they told us we could pay in person. AND they wanted us to pay up front for the stay of 5 months and when we got there they told us the spots they were going to give us the water was going to be shut off in

Older guy who maintains grounds was very rude as we were leaving. Trying to hook our truck up and he stopped the golf cart and parked so we couldn’t hook the camper up. Then he took a phone call and I tried to nicely tell him we are trying to hook up and he yelled back at me. Our camping spot was extremely unlevel and hard to back in with trees and utility boxes everywhere. Not worth $69 a night, more like $45. Difficult to back in and drive through campground as trees everywhere and very close campsites.
The interaction is how I described. Your staff shouldn’t of handled the situation so

Have been coming here as a group of 5 for quite sometime. We tried to rebook our sites for 2022 on Saturday while we were there but was told our spot was taken . New ownership they don't give you first rights to your spot anymore. Well they just lost 5 families who will not be returning . Fee's went up to 60.00 a night and no notification on that or lock fee. Dumpster to far and sites are uneven and grown up in weeds. We use to get a list of activities but nothing was handed out this weekend.

Tight small camp ground. Not much to bike around
and the trash is located at the bottom of a hill. Only a pool and little kid play ground and half working game room.Nothing for teens: no gagaball or basketball ball court. Super friendly staff and the bingo was fun. Camp store was awesome .Our awning touched the neighbors camper. Close to nice attractions for adults, and the creamery down the road was fun!

The workers were very polite, but we were very disappointed with the campsites. We were so close to the people next to us that we couldn’t put out our awning, have a camp fire, or even sit out at the picnic table. I’m glad we paid $160 just to sit in the camper the whole time.

This was just what we needed! Perfectly situated to enjoy local attractions like Sight & Sound, covered bridges, yummy Smorgesboards, Hershey Park, Dutch Wonderland, Lego Discover Center, Amish culture, and more! The pool was great and they brought in great music as well.

We have been long time campers of white oak, but not anymore! I will be going to a different campground. There new fees are absolutely ridiculous!!!! I paid a $10 site lock fee and our best friends who came and parked next to us were not charged a site lock fee. There is a $2.00 fee to talk to an associate on the telephone a $10 pet fee. This place is absolutely ridiculous! Don't get me started on their seasonal fees!! All I can say I look for another campground, plenty others around!!!!
