Worst experience ever. We were told there was full hookup but when we arrived the owner told us to leave the grey water open to drain on the ground, which is illegal, and to dump black water at the State Park across the road, where they told us they do not allow. The RV spot itself was rutted and soft sand and mud. The owner proceeded to tell us his life story, how he was having trouble moving his bank accounts, how hard it has been to create the campground, how the trailer behind us was for rent but the girl ran out on him like all renters do, and on and on until I had to tell him I didn't want

I just happened to find this place while looking for a quality Atv shop in the Brazoria/ Fort Bend County Area. After a short conversation on the phone I was unloading my 4 Wheeler. These Guys are awesome! By the time time I unloaded my 4 wheeler I felt like I ve known them all my life. What else can I say "Honest, Professional and Affordable. Other shops advised me of a 4 to 5 week turnaround.These Guys were calling me within two days!.

These thieves will steal the stank off of sh*t, I rented from this guy and less than 24 hours one of them started striping my cars down and stealing parts from them and my trailer. He talks a big talk but you better watch this guy. The owner "mike cole" is a bully, Liar, Thief, and very unconcerned once he gets your money. I can post pictures of the items and damage they did to my cars and trailers

I have lived out here for several months now. It is a huge place with lots of room for the kiddos to roam. The owner and his family take you in as adopted family and really try to make it as hospitable as possible. Even with a variety of different people the place stays pretty quiet and its definitely family friendly for the kiddos. Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway or a permanent move this is somewhere you should look into. Its fun to bring the ATV's out and play in the mud and ponds and then sit by the fire pit and roast marshmellows at night for the weekend or it makes a good family

I was about to rent some storage space from this place and I loved the way the guy say he had security day & night on the property. On 04/24 I parked z van there upon making the agreement with the owner Mike Cole. On 04/28 I brought 2 trailers both had cars on them but I did notice that a door on the van was open, I paid it no mind and closed it and parked the trailer next to the van. I parked the last trailer around 10pm and on 04/29 I bring my boat and upon pulling into the property I noticed the van door was open again. I pulled in to park only to notice some items on the

So the owner greated us at the gate, told us be safe have fun. So we did. Has several picnic tables.
This is not about trails, its more about ridding, getting your 4X4 dirty and not worrying about getting stuck too bad.
The owner helped us to get my truck out of a soft mushy spot, he did not hesitate to go and get his equipment to lend a hand..
If you don't want to drive crazy miles or long distance and want to have a fun afternoon, go check it out..
