Nice and clean. WiFi does not work Cable is spotty. I am just wondering why it takes a year for you to respond to my review? Cori was the best thing for the park. She reset the channels for cable when they didn't work. Dryers broke most of the time. I stayed here twice and the last time the place was sold. Of coarse no up grades. The new owners are just out for your money.

Let me start by saying that the lady(Mrs. Soniya) that over sees this RV park is phenomenal and very welcoming, if I have any problem or in need of something she does everything she can to help. We have stayed here on and off for the last 6 months while we work in the surrounding areas. I would recommend this RV park to anyone needing a place to park your rig , whether it be for a night, a week, or a month... There are areas to walk your dog, there is laundry and bathroom facilities, and they even have a small over flow parking area that comes in very handy for us in our line of work... Thank you

This park is a great place until you look at the prices. A lot of these reviews are fake and they just want to make themselves look good. Also some of these pictures are not this Rv park. All in all this place sucks. I heard people having get togethers outside with loud music past 9 pm which is when it’s supposed to be quiet and I could not sleep. 0 stars

This place is so accommodating, and amazing and had of the most amazing management. Our family was taken care of with just one single phone call!
So very pleased with my stay here! And it’s only 30 minutes away from the beach, about 5-10 minutes away from H-E-B. Respectful neighbors, this is a very quite community. My husband and I love it, It’s one of the best RV Parks.
