It was a wonderful experience with the loan settlement at Federal Title. It was the smoothest loan settlement experience by far. Ms.Anthea Higgins was instrumental in moving things forward, helping and guiding with all the questions. Stephanie, the loan attorney was fantastic.

I had a very complicated closing a very high end property and Jamie Banks was by far the most responsive professional out of all of the parties involved. This responsiveness included my random requests for information, deliverable updates etc. all the way until I closed via mobile notary where she gave me updates via text and calls every 30min to a hour on the ETA of the notary. She also walked me through the itemized closing disclosure line by line and ensures that all totals were correct after receiving it from the Lender. I had a wonderful experience working with Federal Title. I refinanced my property from quarantine during COVID-19, and the entire staff were able to keep my case ahead of schedule, despite all of the high volume and telework complications that came during that time.

Federal Title made requesting title services and sending our earnest deposit quick and simple! Their settlement coordinator was responsive throughout the process. Catherine, the attorney who met us at closing, explained everything in clear terms and had valuable suggestions for us and our new home. She was fantastic! Be aware that the guaranteed quote for services that Federal Title provides upon ordering services is for their services and the survey only. The government taxes, stamps, and recording fees can vary quite a bit by the time you get to closing. With that said, I would highly recommend

Federal Title are efficient, fast and responsive! We requested closing as sellers at a different location closer to us separate from the buyer and their location, and Fed Title were able to accommodate us. Worked with Federal Title for the first time recently and the experience was excellent, a breath of fresh air in an industry that often can lack the personal touch. They were professional, on point, extremely communicative and on top of every aspect with me on the lending side. In particular, Jamie Banks was amazing to work with from start to finish. Jamie was one of the best I have worked with in my 25 year career. Her responsiveness and professionalism and helpfulness were incredible. Highly recommend!

Federal Title was fantastic in every way. Prior to closing, they excelled in both proactive and reactive communication. The team was constant at answering my questions quickly and clearly. Furthermore, they provided good information for us to be able to make decisions on title insurance options. The closing went incredibly smoothly, and their office is very accommodating and comfortable. I highly recommend Federal and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!
