As a Realtor for almost 18 years Allied is always my go to title company because of their customer service, extensive knowledge of the industry and speed to get deals done. At first everyone was nice enough but then things got very disorganized and unnecessarily stressful. They had to send the closing documents 3 times because things kept being incorrect. Then, I kept getting told I could expect funds on this day, then the next day, then the next day, and I was treated like a nuisance every time I asked about MY money. Finally the closing team got involved, they were very curt and callous with me (yes, Zach, you) and again treated me like I was the problem when legally they are bound to disburse funds after a certain time. I've taken a few of our teams settlements to Allied Title and we've always had a great personalized experience. But there's one particular transaction that we just closed this week that solidified my business with their team for the long term. We opened a file right at the beginning of the busy Christmas Holiday season with multiple lenders, multiple mobile closing and a couple title issues. Melissa was so effective in managing all of the moving parts of this transaction and did whatever it took (on a Holiday schedule, mind you) to get us to closing on time for our seller.
