Merit Title LLC gets an A+ rating from our company. we have closed countless transactions with them. Betsy, Nicole, Emily and Jim have always treated us and our customers with nothing but professionalism, honesty and integrity. This is the only title company we have used in Milwaukee and we would highly recommend them!!!!

Beware of scams and scammers. This "company" spam called me; and, upon further inspection, they've been known to have been involved with fraud before. I wouldn't trust them. They've failed to protect at least one client from foreseeable incidents. They allow fraudulent behavior to occur using their name which risks any and all of their current business with partners, clients, plaintiffs, and etc. If they can't handle the security of doing business with them, then why risk any business with them?

An absolute pleasure to work with! I needed seller's title done in a VERY tight timeline, talked to a couple companies (including the 1 already doing the buyer side of the transaction) and none of them were willing to do the work to get it done on time. Not only did Merit get it done on time but the closing went smooth and they couldn't have been more friendly! Highly recommend!
