I purchased plow and sander last year and was very happy for the most part, I return this year and for the same plow sander I was looking at extra 5k to 6k. I had to go another way with this year's plow and sander. Other then that trailer depot is a reputable company to deal with . Hopefully next year I can work with trailer depot. Thank you

I’ve done business with this company once, I have tried to do business multiple times but it’s never worked out. The first time I noticed a red flag was when they sold a trailer from under me, fine no biggie I went and bought a new one somewhere else. Months later I needed my trailer serviced, hubs greased, stop lights fixed because intermittently they would go out and my right side tires were wearing uneven so I asked them to check my axle. The bill came out to $500 and some change, no biggie, I paid it. I could have done all the work myself but I was recovering from elbow surgery.

Needed to repair my trailer. Staff took their time with me to assure I ordered the correct types and numbers of parts for my repair. Parts arrived to the store within two days. Everything fit perfectly and the trailer is now repaired. Great customer service and pricing. Friendly folks. Trailer Depot will be my go-to establishment for all my trailer needs moving forward.

Not my first Trailer but it's my first from Trailer Depot and the People were friendly and helpful and they made the buying experience easy even during this crazy Covid19 pandemic. Buying experience was ok, but trailers ramps never shut right, the hub covers were smashed in like they beat them on with a hammer with grease all over the wheels (and probably filled up the brake drum as well). Was supposed to be all set to go and inspected when I got there and it wasn’t. a tech came out and hit the lug nuts with an impact and said good to go.

Went to Trailer Depot to have an Air Force 1 supplemental braking system installed in my 2019 Ford F-150. While there, they also installed the "toad" baseplate, lighting harness and air system in my coach. Started at 8am and finished at 6pm. Sometimes with 2 or 3 techs at a time. This was a quality job done right and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid even though there were unforeseen complications during installation. Very happy. I can not recommend this business highly enough. They even stayed past closing to finish me.

I was in the market for an aluminum car trailer and these folks had several choices. The sales person was knowledgeable and they had a good range of trailers. I was looking for a higher end unit and found one there. The staff was efficient and got me set up and on my way within a couple hours. Recommend for sure

Do your research ahead of your visit. Fortunately we went in knowing what we needed and wanted having checked out their inventory as well as their competitors on the internet so we had a very good experience. The paperwork was handled quickly and the fees weren't anything to get in a twist about compared to buying a car. We got out of there with our newly registered trailer in about an hour. We feel we got a fair deal and a good value. Tom hooked us up and imparted some good advice for break in and maintenance. I would not hesitate to recommend Trailer Depot but know what you need ahead of

I don't like to write bad reviews so consider this a warning any one expecting this dealership to have any customer service. After they were incapable of filling out my paperwork correctly and I had to do myself thay lied to me about the registration. When I contacted them about my disappointment they did nothing to fix it I spent countless hours at DMV and with the help of a another dealership where able to register my trailer.
After all of that they didn't even offer any compensation for their screwup.
My cam trailer is a great piece of equipment I would highly recommend finding

I have never needed to post a bad review but in this case I believe I must. Took my boat trailer to them to have the breaks and hubs checked. New brakes, pads, rotars and bearings repacked.
The so called mechanic neglected to put locktite on the bolts on my calipers, so yes one of my calipers falls and grinds the inside of the rim. Also, one of the hubs is empty. I asked my service technician to have the owner call me. Never heard a word. Went back to purchase the calipers I ordered from them (since time was an issue) and nothing. A higher price then what i was quoted as well. They just dont care
