Update: after multiple attempts to get in touch with knowledgeable cust service reps / dispatch, and our order getting cancelled VP of Sales reached out. She scheduled a next day pump and offered some money off service. *this took me from 9am-5pm of constant follow ups when my service was scheduled from 8-12pm. Whole day wasted. Literally.* apparently they were in meetings? No reason to believe otherwise but ridiculous nonetheless

We made use of A Royal Flush's services earlier this year during a home renovation when we needed a portable toilet. The portable toilet helped to replace one of two bathrooms in our house during what became an extended renovation. In hindsight, the only easy part of our renovation was this rental.
The sales and customer service staff at A Royal Flush was very polite, responsive and helpful. The very clean unit was delivered with no problem and was completely cleaned each week during our five week rental. We knew the Royal Flush company name from seeing their porta potties at parades

We ordered a portable toilet for a large party. We called for a price and were told $186 and we ordered it. Then a friend told us where we could get a portable toilet for $129 so we immediately called to cancel the Royal Flush port-a-potty. On party day, a delivery guy showed up anyway. The Port-O-Let was filthy dirty inside. The delivery guy said he would clean it and he did. It was then that we noticed that the unit said Royal Flush on it not Chatfield, the $129 company, so we sent him away with the port-o-let.
