I was born and raised in a small town just outside of Yakima, WA to a religious household. I've always been creative, curious, and a dreamer which often made me feel out of place. My dreams felt distant, rebellious, even impossible. Despite being the eternal optimist, I developed depression and anxiety at a young age.
Available over the phone, via video, or in person in the Auburn, WA area. These hour long sessions are about you in this moment. Whether you need some clarity on work, relationships, or personal growth, a la carte sessions can be made as needed and paid the day of session. Includes eight sessions.
