Secondly, I incorporate other leadership tools such as: Personality Profiles and The 15 Commitments to Conscious Leadership to name a few. This book does a great job outlining what a conscious leader looks like and how they operate. Conscious leaders lead from Above The Line and unconscious leaders lead from below the line.
