We are now in our third generation of service to families in New Jersey, and we have been providing these services for over 100 years. Our funeral home has been family owned and operated since 1904. We specialize in helping families get through difficult circumstances in the death of a loved one. It is our goal to help families, not only during the funeral services, but also after the funeral services are completed.
We believe that people want honest, comprehensive answers regarding their funeral arrangements, along with compassion and care during their greatest time of need. We understand that the emotional burdens can be overwhelming, and it is our goal to help bear those burdens during the loss of their loved one.

Services
In 1904 Wallace opened his funeral business at 320 Market Street, Camden, N.J., which he later moved to 508 Broadway in Camden, and eventually opened the DuBois Funeral Home at 418 Chambers Ave., Camden, N.J. in 1925. His son, William W. DuBois, joined the family funeral home in 1947 after his service in the USCG during World War Two.
Vietnam Veterans of America and the National World War II Museum in New Orleans Both Programs offer a donation to any one of the charities mentioned above on behalf of the family and a certificate is given as a keepsake to those who participated. Participating in the program allows the family to donate to a great cause with the purchase of an urn offered by Aurora Casket Company.
We provide cremation services that reflect your family's preferences, traditions and religious beliefs. Our services include, but are not limited to, transportation from place of death and the crematory, filing of legal documents, obituary preparation, along with any type of funeral service your family chooses.
We provide traditional funerals that honor the life of your loved one. They include services either at the funeral home, or in the church, the removal from the place of death, an embalming with dressing, casketing, cosmetics, viewing, casket purchase, burial vault purchase, transportation to the cemetery with burial or cremation.
We plan for every aspect of our life. We plan for retirement, vacations, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and graduations. We prepare for what might happen in our lives that is unexpected, such as fires, floods, accidents, and health. We even purchase insurance to plan for the unexpected. But because most people don't want to think about death, they avoid making important funeral decisions in advance.

The service that DuBois Funeral Home provided our family was outstanding. From our initial phone call from the hospital down to the smallest detail of the visitation, service and internment, DuBois Funeral Home helped us plan, had all the paperwork prepared, and lovingly cared for our Wife/Mother. The staff was punctual, prompt to attending to our needs and completely professional. Thank you DuBois Funeral Home from the Smith and Neidig Families.

The DuBois Funeral Home was professional at every stage, from the planning process through the funeral itself and to the follow up. Wallace is a true artist and did a terrific job making my father look like his old self. In addition, he gave us excellent advice regarding the choices available to us. I heartily recommend his business to anyone in the Camden / Gloucester Counties area.
