Car accidents are always stressful to deal with, and Barry Hackert Auto Body was incredibly helpful throughout the process. My insurance company was having a lot of trouble getting things resolved and was very difficult to deal with (COVID staffing issues). Brian always had helpful advice, insights into the process, and just made sure his end of the process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this shop!

Absolutely stand up guy! I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. I brought my 2015 Ford Focus SE to Barry after I was involved in an accident which left me needing some serious repairs. When I initially brought my car in it was just supposed to be looked over. However, Barry was willing to take it in and start working right away. His flexibility and kindness during this stressful time made a world of difference.

This body shop is amazing. Fights for you when insurance is being rather difficult. Does everything the right way, and is a fair and honest man. A true gem in this world where everyone is out for money. The car came back looking better then when we bought it. We were annoying, calling everyday, yet we never felt like we were bothering them, and his shop always kept us updated. I highly, highly recommend this shop. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this man and his work.

Someone vandalized my vehicle with spray paint. Unfortunately, my insurance company was dragging their feet, and would not look at my vehicle for about one week. Despite having a full workload, Brian was able to get me into his shop on the same day my insurance adjuster looked at my vehicle. Brian was able to get to work on it right away - removing the spray paint, so it would lessen the chance of etching into the clear coat and paint.

After my accident my insurance company told me I could go anywhere I wanted to have the repairs done on my truck, unfortunately I have never had experience with any local auto body repair shops.
