I was referred to John McShane from Brian Zimmerman and I couldn't be more happy with the way my jeep turned out! I just bought a brand new all black jeep wrangler and had them ceramic coat it, including the 5 black rims and Glenn did an AMAZING job! The jeep is one month old so the paint was in almost perfect shape to begin with but it looks SO much better after the ceramic coating - more glossy, mirror like and it's so much easier hand washing it now. John and his team were great. I unfortunately was was involved in a rear end collision in my 2019 Hellcat. I love this car as if its my child. John kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. I am happy to say my car is back in my hands looking as good as it did before the collision. In the event you need auto body work McShane Auto Body is great!!!

Had dents and scratches on our car and John gave me what his plan was to repair and look as good as new. Dropped off the car on a Monday and within a couple days it was back! Looking as if nothing had happened to the car. Brian the office manager was great to work with and very customer service oriented. Appreciate the work guys and will be coming back!

I recently had John McShane Auto Body do the paint work on a set of doors for my Jeep. The quality, service, and professionalism throughout the whole process was absolutely excellent. There’s a reason this place has 5 stars. I visited McShane’s recently after a valet did some damage to the front of my vehicle. Brian worked with me on the repair and was a tremendous advocate through the whole process. Everything about my experience here was first rate - the professionalism, courtesy, and quality of the work were all outstanding. You can see for yourself in the enclosed pics - the front of my car looks brand new. They even went the extra mile and cleaned/detailed my car. I am a repeat customer and will be back! After getting into an accident in which my front bumper, quarter panel, headlight and wheel was damaged, I wanted to find a shop that would repair the car and bring it back to factory conditions. John McShane did just that. Brian couldn’t have been more helpful, handling everything from the claim to the rental car with my insurance company. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and you’d never know that my car was ever in an accident.
The proof is in the pudding, so I’ve included before and after shots of the damage. I hope that I never have to have repairs done to my car ever again

My experience overall with John McShane Auto Body was 5/5 without question. From the time I dropped my car off, until their followup with satisfaction of service a few weeks after, I knew I had chosen the right business. The management was with me every step of the way (and I was asking many questions) in which I was answered promptly, professionally and thoroughly. John's team was able to bring my car back to pre-accident condition in a timely manor (although I am not one to rush this kind of work). I am extremely happy with the result and I will always recommend John McShane Auto Body to my family
