Every single interaction with this office has been chaotic and unproductive. They were non-responsive after I was in an accident a couple of years ago, and their business hours are a joke-- the building will be all dark or they won't answer the phones during their regular hours. They're currently continuing to charge me insurance on a car I sold despite my repeatedly informing them of this and requesting cancellation of the policy. Stay away from this agent and office!! Literally anywhere else will be better.

These people never answer the phones and are dishonest and rude. I see other reviews with the same experience. I would bet big money the five star reviews on here are fake or given by friends/family.
