We purchased a brand new townhome in the Lindsford Community two years ago. KEB Management services are substandard ! We have to wait several months before mulch is replenished. The excuse is the provider does not have any in their inventory. The grass is cut very infrequently, like every third week and they do not spade edge by the homes. Our community representative is Nicole. She hardly ever responds to our concerns. We are supposed to be a gated community. The gates have been open for over a month now with no resolve. The pool continues to have garbage laying around. Please think twice before

I live in San Remo and a weekly delivery company I use never had the time to call and get an independent gate code. Several deliveries have been missed due to not always being available to let them in myself.
I called KBManagement and spoke to Judy who was very helpful. She stated all the company needed to do was call and she would get him a code. When she heard I’ve not had any luck convincing the company to call and set it up she offered to call herself! This was above and beyond and greatly appreciated. She even called me back to confirm she had successfully set everything up. Thank you Judy

Purchased at DR Horton, Lindsford GATED COMMUNITY 1year ago. Looking for a quality home in a well managed , secure community.
Trash cans are not to be left in front of homes. But they are. Ornaments and flags are not permitted on front lawns . But they are. Vehicles are not to be hanging into street from driveways. But they are. And finally. The security gate was knocked down.a month ago. It still hasn’t been repaired. So much for community security.
There is one item that is always on time…
Our monthly HOA payment. KEB. Your performance is sub par.

I live in San Remo and this company is the worst. Non responsive don't care about the residents THEY WORK FOR. Gates are constantly broken and not repaired properly, landscaping company (Mainscape) is terrible, and when you call to have something taken care of it doesn't get done nor do you ever receive a call back even when told you will. They have fully earned their 1.7 star rating.

In order, reason why your HOA shouldnt use this company.
1. No pay by phone option.
2. No online payment option.
3. No recurring automatic payment option.
4. If you call and ask about these things, they will be short and dismissive of you.
Send your paper check from 20th century, peasants.

Awful management company! They even come to your door and discriminate and tell you that your kids aren’t welcome in the community you are living in. Such a warm welcome! Next time I will be voice recording you and then pressing charges! DO NOT use this company or Mike Z rentals they are AWFUL too!

Recently sold and rented a home in San Remo and KEB was on top over everything. I have been selling and renting properties for over 13 years in SWFL and Nia and her team was the best HOA mgmt company I have worked with.

Seriously? 2018 NO email or direct payment set-up!!! Hillbilly run over their head. Worst choice to manage a property!
