A few of our unique features available in our community. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom vacation and annual rentals are available through our vacation rental company, Sun Village Vacations, the official on-site vacation rental company of Bonita Village.
Bonita Village is a 16-acre parcel located between Ft Myers and Naples, just west of US 41, bordering Bonita Beach Road - the community's only roadway to the Gulf of Mexico. Our Sales and Vacation Rental Center is located at 27901 Bonita Village Blvd in the Island House Clubhouse, just off the main entrance to Bonita Village.

Truly a fine resort community with the huge resort pool with a waterfall and Groggy Frog bar. Just returned home from our latest visit and this is about the eighth time we have rented there. The rental units are good quality and clean upon arrival.
Bonita Village is ideally located by Publix, restaurants, shopping, the beach, and the airport.
The staff is always helpful and will go the extra mile for your comfort and vacation experience. Alyssa, Matthew, Ty, Chris, Sherie, Rick, and others are on top of everything. We cannot wait to return for another great vacation.

The customer service at Bonita Village is non-existent! I wanted to give this place some time before posting a negative comment but it didn't matter. My husband and I went into their office in November to inquire about a six month rental for the following year. Alyssa showed us around the complex and showed a unit that she thought would be available. She said she would contact the owner to see if they wanted to rent for six months. We didn't hear back from her so we called and were told she was working on it. Didn't hear back after 2 more weeks so we called again. She said that

The condo we stayed in was amazing. Very clean!!! Kudos to the housekeeping department. The beds were comfortable and spacious. Both bathrooms were great!! The area was beautiful. The outside was also kept up and gorgeous. The amneties were also great!!! Pool, Hot tub and Bar. Short distance to local amneties as well. Definitely pricey..... definitely will be coming back

I have stayed at B.V. every year since 2014 and actually in the same unit in Bldg #4 by the smaller quiet pool. The condo is nicely decorated (bright and uplifting, but not too beachy), well equipped, and quiet. The larger resort pool is gorgeous. The location is great having everything you Need within a mile, including Barefoot and Bonita Beaches.

We have now stayed here in 2018 and 2019, for a week each time. This is a very pleasant getaway, within easy access of the nearby beach as well as Naples and Sanibel/Captiva. The condo environment is relaxing, with nice furnishings, plenty of room, and nice pools for the days one does not want to go to the beach. Easy access to lots of restaurants and nearby amenities. Staff: excellent service--when we reported that we could not adjust the volume on the TV, someone came almost right away and persisted until he solved the problem. Nice kitchen facilities for when you want to eat in. You don't need

We have stayed at Bonita Village many times, this being our first during season. Our property owners were very cordial and our every need was met above and beyond our expectations. We worked directly with the property manager who is also the owner. We have utilized several of their properties in the past and they didn't leave us down this time. The weather cooperated and the amenities were all in working order. The facility bar opened on Friday and provided a lively atmosphere for those who stopped by after 4 pm. I agree with Susan. The hot tubs were not working nor was the waterfall for awhile. Impossible to find a lounge chair during the day and many were obviously being reserved with towels for hours on end. I love kids but the way they were racing around and diving into the pool and hot tubs was not acceptable and against the rules. Management was not ever in evidence and I never saw towels being removed from "reserved"chairs and put in the clubhouse as instructed by management.
