I was force to give these people one star in order to post my review. They are unprofessional at best, the director Jessica Mejias does not know return calls. The lack of communication, empathy leaves a lot to be desired. They are not in the caring bussiness when I complained to the coroprate office about the Yonkers director not returning call, I recieved a call from the nurse- Michelle Diaz who informed that they had not recieve my daughter's paper and thats why I had not started recieving services, futhermore during our conversation she stated that as per company policy their workers could not
