Susan is our fearless leader. She oversees the daily operations, along with our sales and design team. She works mainly with event planners and couples that value her vast expertise in the wedding & event industry. She has planned over 2,000 events in her 22+ year career as an corporate event planner & wedding planner.
Susan is a 2000 Baylor grad with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design & Fine Art and quickly fell in love with Event Planning after graduation. In 2005 she merged her passion for planning with her graphic design skills and created Simply Personal. She is the perfect fit to lead this specialized company.

Our Print Shop is here to help anyone get their project complete. Whether it's printing a design template or finishing your DIY piece leave the printing up to a professional who's been serving the Events Industry for 16 years. Same day printing available. They were so helpful in sending me samples of the materials they use so that I could customize the invitations the way I wanted.

With our vast experience in event planning we know the questions to ask. Our custom design process allows you to visualize and prepare with our team, receive a series of design ideas to approve, and have a hands-off experience as we complete the turn-key production for you.
Style your Invitation Suite with COLORED ENVELOPES, ENVELOPE LINERS and/or ADDITIONAL COLORED LAYERS, POCKET FOLDERS, and/or BELLY BANDS. Great if you have a lot of information to share and pairs nicely with package 3R. It's not about what we do (even though we do killer stuff), it's really about how we do it.

My advice – save the headache and look elsewhere. My fiancée and I ordered our wedding invitation suites, encompassing the invitation, RSVP, details and brunch cards, from Simply Personal. The final product turned out great, however the customer service experience made this purchase utterly regrettable.

I totally wanted to give a complete 5 stars on this review as my wedding invitations and additional requests for printing jobs for my wedding ceremony were done timely, and over exceeded my expectations. That said, when the time came to send out thank you cards, this company completely dropped the ball, and stopped communicating with me. Needless to say I was unable to send the thank you cards as initially desired. Furthermore, I had to file a claim with my bank for the return of the monies I paid this company given my request for a refund was ignored. It really is the strangest way to run a business

I contacted Simply Personal to design my wedding invitation suite because of the wonderful reviews I had read. Susan was incredibly responsive from day one. I began the design process during covid, and even amid the chaos of rescheduled weddings and events, Susan made me feel like her only client. Through the design process she was kind, professional and patient. I really didn't have a vision of the design I wanted, only what I didn't want. I am a wedding planner and worked with Susan to create our vision for the entire wedding and she totally nailed it. From the invitations to the table numbers, she kept a consistent theme throughout the process and help to make all aspects of the wedding fabulous. My bride could not have been happier. I have never had guests come up to me and rave about the invitations as I did about Susan's creations.

Susan and her team were amazing! She did everything possible to make our wedding perfect. Every detail of our invitation and design was perfectly crafted for us. She added skulls to some of the pieces because I wanted them to be incorporated into the design. They were perfect! I love Susan and her team!!

I had such an amazing experience with Susan! I just got my wedding invites that she designed and I am OBSESSED! They are such high quality and more beautiful than I could of imagined! Working with her was awesome-she had great ideas, responded promptly, was open to adjustments and was very professional. Her communication throughout the process was frequent, I always knew what was going on and what to expect. Susan and her team are wonderful to work with. Her designs cater to brides of ALL tastes, and the new website is absolutely fantastic! I LOVE that you can literally customize your own invitations online- it's fun, innovative, AND personal! You're getting a quality, CUSTOM product in a fair amount of time and you get to preview it before you order.
