I came in to get my engagement ring fixed because the center diamond was able to spin like an armature DJ which I was not into.
I walked in and was greeted promptly and kindly even when I was a sweaty mess popping in after a workout. I talked to them about what I needed done and was given a timeline for when it would be done (under a week) and was given a quote. On Monday I was sent a verified quote for the actual job and that's when I realized I was going to be leaving the morning my ring was meant to be done. I absolutely love this jewelry store! I completely mangled my ring (I hit it on a door jam damaged three prongs and my diamond fell out of the ring) and brought it in for repair. Very reasonable prices and my ring looks better than when I purchased it. The staff is very knowledgable and very friendly. The store has very unique pieces and is laid out well. It is the only jewelry store I want to visit!

I just had to post my amazing experience with Hal Davis. The staff, particularly Kara, was amazing! We moved here after getting engaged and we had my band made to custom fit it's unique design. Kara personally called us many times, just as excited as I was, like a close girlfriend. Thanks so much! We could be happier with our rings! :)
