I have been very satisfied with Trifecta. So far it is the best meal delivery service I have tried. The food is excellent, and the pricing is fair for everything being sourced organically. I put mine in the freezer and eat them when I don't feel like cooking, and it has worked out so well for me.

Besides the food being so tasty their customer service is outstanding! I contacted them by chat today and was helped by Hannah H. I let her know that we were missing an item and I also wanted to inquire about making a change. Hannah immediately replied that they would refund the cost of the missing item and could easily accommodate my change request. It was so easy peasy and she responded with no delay or hesitation.

I have tried numerous meal prep companies and I have been disappointed way to many times. I actually prefer my own cooking, but with my job I have come to a point where I have no time to cook anymore. Trifecta is fast and easy. I come home from work and the food it all right there ready to go and it stays fresh through the week. I finally found a company that makes my life easier and taste good.

Hello,
I had an issue with my app. I was not able to sign back into my account and log in food for the 90 day challenge.
I called and spoke with a very nice customer service rep by the name of Allison Rauch. All thanks to her and the tech team I was able to get my email and app fixed and now I am able to log in. Thank you so much again Allison!

The food always tastes really good. For healthy meals, I have been impressed by the flavor. On occasion due to shipping issues outside of their control, my food has not arrived. When contacting customer service they have always been helpful. Due to the storm and ice, my last shipment did not arrive, their customer service rep, Matthew Lyon was very helpful.

I decided to eat more cleanly by going vegan to lose weight and lower my cholesterol and triglycerides. I have tried vegan in the past but was unable to cook properly for balanced macros and went off the vegan altogether. Then I found Trifecta! . Thank goodness for the wonderfully balanced and very tasty organic food that trifecta has sent to my doorstep ready to eat with just a quick pan crisp! I feel very satisfied and don't have to think about my food intake being nutritionally balanced. It is like having my own personal chef in my home! Thank you Trifecta!

Customer service and Will are GREAT! The meals needed altering for my taste as their meats weren't for me, but Will offered me their Paleo Pescatarian plan, which I'd not seen online or been aware of and that sounds great for my taste and Paleo plan. Will accommodated my dietary preferences and offered discount (or refund if I didn't want the meals i'd ordered). Great customer service, thank you so much Will! You turned my disappointment into a plus.

We LOVE this meal delivery service. The food is great and accommodates my gluten-free needs! We really enjoy the different meals we receive every week. The food always arrives fresh and that says a lot because we live in Pennsylvania!!
The customer service is also fantastic. Anytime I have questions they are VERY responsive. Tonight I needed help with my meal plan and Emily B. was so helpful and pleasant to work with.

We turned to Trifecta recently after getting a celiac diagnosis in the family, and it's been a great way to supplement to our normal meal prep. We needed a trustworthy service that was celiac-friendly (since "gluten free" meals can still be cross-contaminated in facilities that also process wheat), and Trifecta solved this for us.
We keep a bunch of meals stocked in the freezer so that we have something in a pinch (or when we're lazy). They are very simple meals without any crazy spices/sauces, which is something we also needed (because of other dietary concerns).

Trifecta meal delivery service is excellent. Great quality, good flavor, good portions. Besides that, when you receive their calls and emails, everyone is friendly. I want to remark on the excellence of their customer care service. I was having problems updating my plan and meal preferences, and Matthew Lyon, within minutes of reaching out fixed the problem and explain me how to make the changes directly from my account. This kind of help and amiability, makes the difference!

First of all, the customer experience is amazing and this alone makes it worth choosing Trifecta! I worked with someone named named Emily B. when my food was accidentally delivered to the wrong house. She was both incredibly helpful and friendly!
Additionally, the food is consistently around an 8/10 for what I consider lower calorie food (and I'm a picky eater), which really surprised me. The meals are also surprisingly filling and varied. With the convenience of not having to cook or think about my macros, I find Trifecta to be an amazing option.

Initially I was supposed to receive a paleo and keto box on Friday. Well, I only got one. I finally got my second box Wednesday, but by that point I could not stomach another one of these meals. I would literally rather starve than force feed myself this dog food.
So I tried to call them MULTIPLE times, and every time you get an answering machine. I left MULTIPLE messages - no one ever got back to me. I finally got a response to one of my many emails and then it took another three days to receive confirmation of my account cancellation

The flavor of the food is terrible. They use some unusual spices, and a lot of it was really spicy.
I've tried the salmon twice. Both times it had that a gray matter still on the back of it. One of them tasted very fishy, almost rotten, and hI ad to throw it away.
The steak(?) had pieces of bone in it. Not large pieces but ones that surprised me when I took a bite and I had to spit it back out.
Some of the meals weren't cooked all the way and the potato chunks were hard.
I ordered the service on Monday, 11/1/21, and received the box the following Friday, 11/5/21. By Sunday 11/7,

Lack of customer service, I called because 2 meals received were not airtight and had air in them, they said it was due to the gases, however, other meals were vaccumed sealed.
The variety of foods is good, but to me the meals are bland and not as good as other meal services. I recommended Trifecta to someone when I first ordered, they ordered and did not receive the $25 discount. Trifecta said they could not give it to them because they already ordered but would give it to them next time. No option to cancel online so I had to call. I called and cancelled and saw that I was charged two days ago

Trifecta appears to have a great variety of foods and options.
Unfortunately, Trifecta does not offer the ability to cancel recurring subscriptions online. Trifecta lets you pause your subscription, but to cancel your subscription completely , you must call and speak with a representative.
I cancelled because I strongly believe in consumer rights. If a company offers you the ability to sign up for a recurring subscription online, that company should also offer you the ability to cancel the recurring subscription online.
After calling to cancel, the representative asked me my reason for why

I wish I could comment on the food but it never arrived. Customer service has been almost non-responsive since day one. Three days to respond to a query when they tout 24/7 customer service on their site is a major lie.
The first query they didn't even answer my question. Just a canned response proving they didn't even read my query, but picked out a keyword and canned the response.
Tried calling but their system hung up after being on hold for 20 min. At this point they owe me money for the massive time spent trying to contact them in addition to a refund for not delivering the product

We were extremely unsatisfied with our meals and have requested a refund based on their “Money Back Guarantee”. HOWEVER, they will only refund up to 10-meals (didn't see that in the fine print!). After our first week we canceled but unfortunately, not soon enough as we were locked in for the next shipment and they got paid while we threw away their inedible meals. Of the approximately 24 meals we received, we only found around 5 of the meals edible (with doctoring). The breakfasts were all disposed of as were the other meals. I provided photos below.
