Showtyme Fitness & Nutrition is a team of nutritionists located in Sacramento, California who specializes in providing high quality nutritional programs for anyone trying to reach specific fitness goals. We help people succeed in areas they have not been able to on their own & educate our clients on how to get the most out of nutrition and exercise so that they can use the knowledge to make a positive lifestyle change!

We work with people from all different walks of life. We specialize in fat loss, muscle gain, accountability, competitor training and maintenance. At Showtyme Fitness & Nutrition we strive in helping our clients achieve the best results by teaching them lifestyle change. This is not a diet! We help each client learn the importance of portion control, food preparation, food paring and healthier choices.
Services
Body composition is a method of describing what the body is made of. This includes fat, protein, minerals and body water. It also describes weight more accurately than BMI. A body composition analysis can accurately show changes in fat mass, muscle mass, and body fat percentage. This can help validate services such as, personal training, patient care, and corporate wellness as well as help individuals keep track of personal fitness goals.

I’ve been knowing Marcie for almost a year now, at first I was very hesitant on getting a nutritionist. Marcie has been very helpful through my process of cutting. She works with you, asks you what you don’t want in your meal plans. If you really put all your effort in the meal plans and workout plans she build for you, you will truly see results. I started at 210 lbs when I first started, my peak was at 175lbs in less than 12 weeks! I felt great! She’s friendly and will help you along the way if you begin to struggle.

Marcie is extremely supportive and helpful! I love how she personalizes the food and exercise plan. I lost 26 lbs in 8 weeks! She is always available and works with me to help me find healthy solutions to problems and cravings. She is my cheerleader and gives me truthful and constructive feedback to support my goals. I can't thank Marcie enough for making my life easier! I have 3 kids who keep me busy and I dont want to spend the time to plan my own meals to help me stay lean. Marcie does all the hard work for me and tells me exactly what to eat. Everything is so easy for me to prep! Her program works and it works fast [for me]. I can not speak highly enough about Marcie! She is amazing. After working with her for twelve weeks I not only made huge progress on my fitness goals, but realized just how tasty and easy eating healthy can be. The results speak for themselves. No matter your goal, Marcie can guide you. I wanted to trim down for summer. Following the meal plans and training program, I lost weight but somehow managed to gain strength. Very impressive. I recommend Marcie to all my friends. Marcie is an amazing nutritionist! I started going to her after my husband had been raving about his results from her meal plans and have been using her myself for about 2 years now! I have always been active staying pretty lean and fit but had noticed that getting even leaner to reach my goals was not happening like it used to, something needed to change. With Marcie's meal plans and direction I have reached and surpassed my goals dropping from 22% body fat to 14%. She is extremely knowledgeable and is my go to for reaching my fitness/physique goals now. Highly recommend!!!
