Hi,
I was very disappointed with the services result.
1. My shorts I really like Got ruined and it’s their first wash ever it was such a mistake to take it to them. The colors mixed together, and then they tried to bleach it and ruined it even more they destroyed them.
2. All of the clothes weren’t completely clean they got easy stains all over them, it’s like they’ve been just folded but the clothes worn out for some reason.
3. I got 4 shirts and another short which have been dry cleaned but still have stains.
4. One of the most overpriced dry cleaners in LA, you would be better washing

The cleaner can’t be worse. The staff told me the price is 1.75 per point but asked me to pay $10 when I pick up the clothes. It was not even dry clean. Just regular clean. They said there is a minimum but I was never told when I bring in my clothes. Also the staff has the worst attitude. The guy at the cleaner blame it on me for not asking for the minimum. I don’t think every customer should know the minimum if it’s the first time they come here.

I was referred to this estalblishment by a friend. It was not a pleasant experience. I was ignored for a several minutes and given minimal customer service. After being attended to, I was asked (as a new customer) to pay “in full” before the work was done.
I never experienced this type of policy with any cleaners I have gone to in the past, so I asked my referral about this pay “in full” policy and she exclaimed that she was required to do so. After readdressing the issues with their staff, they asked me to give a deposit.
I seldomly pull the race card, but in this instance I know that
