Rude, condescending, dishonest and unprofessional. The office made mistakes but instead of owning it they blame the parent. "You must be confused", "Let me tell you how insurance works", "I understand how you feel as a special needs mom". We booked an appt. 2 months ago with Dr. Gabriel and with less than 40 hours left, we get a call from billing today that my insurances, yes insurances, will not cover for my daughter's appt. We'll then why allow me to make the appt and why call me so late. Well, then she goes on to inform me, when she gets caught, that she did inform me. I said you never did and

First time using this vision clinic and was quite pleased with their practice. Professional, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Justin Deal was professional, and approachable. He explained some information about lens compositions that I was not aware of so I am an informed customer when looking at purchasing glasses. My vision benefits were explained to me in more detail so I could make an informed decision when making my choice. No pressure to purchase glasses from them at the time of my appointment. Would refer to them, and hoping to have a long relationship with this office for all my eye care needs

My 16 year old daughter was seen for her strabismus by Dr. Gabriel. We traveled over from Western Colorado (GJ), & I am so glad that we did! We are so impressed with all of the staff. Doctor Gabriel is extremely knowledgeable & a very effective communicator. Thank you to all of the support staff & Dr Gabriel, you made the 4 1/2 hour trip worth EVERY mile!

Dr. Deal is fantastic! I have been a patient of Dr. Deal's for 9 years now and once I learned the Eagle vision team I followed him there. He makes you feel comfortable during your visit and takes the time to explain everything in detail. I have the most confidence in him handling my eye care needs and have recommended him to my family as well.

We have been going there for years and love them. We have had Dr. Blackwell for many years but he just retired. So many glasses to pick from and they take met-life vision insurance with lots of discounts. building is old but very friendly and the they have an optima map machine do need to dilate with drops. Which is wonderful!

These “professionals” are the best!
I have never been to any doctors office in my life, where I was treated like this. Dr. Forrest is the most knowledgeable, kind and caring man, he actually, I believe, saved my sight!

I took hours of my time to get a court order for Vision Therapy for our child.
I fought for years because this institution sold me on this service I even went to a judge and ask that he order it and he did.
After about 70 emails and hundreds of dollars spent in legal fees Dr Gabriel has withdrawn her recommendations which leads me to believe Vision Therapy is not a medical issue.
Our daughter is 10 she deserves better treatment! Dr Gina Gabriel has suggested that our daughter receive this treatment supported the evidence and presented it to the courts but when my ex husband became involved

I had by chance to visit Eagle Eye Care center after having visited a less expensive big box eye clinic. Since I had not had a formal eyes exam in over five years, I decided I needed a more comprehensive eye exam.

The staff and dr were friendly. However, I didn't feel they took my vision issues seriously. Not only did I not get a written prescription (because she needed me to bring in my old glasses for that) I was told to get yellow tinted sunglasses and readers to clear up my situation. Went someplace else and am happy to be wearing glasses that actually help me see better. I wasn't taken seriously because my prescription was low... didn't mean it wouldn't make and a difference driving at night. Being told to buy some crap was annoying.

I'm an idiot for going to this place. Sure, their service is fine, but their billing is incredibly misleading and I've been billed incorrectly three times now. I was overcharged and mislead on every visit I've had with them. I should have just called it quits after the first visit. Family members kept recommending this place, so I went against my better judgement. If you go here, ASK THE ITEMIZED VALUE OF EVERYTHING YOU ARE GOING IN FOR. They will not tell you up front, and they will only tell you half-truths about what your insurance covers. Save yourself the financial headache

I was getting eye strain headaches at work and couldn't get an appointment with my normal vision center for a few weeks. I called Eagle and got something for later the same week. They called me back shortly after and offered me a slot the next day.

I have been going to Eagle for about 3 years now since my Target optometrist diagnosed me with an eye issue that needed a bit more of a specialist. I found them online and had driven past for many years. I have been impressed with every interaction in the past 3 years. The doctors are not only knowledgeable and thorough but incredilby nice and friendly. The staff are efficient and very helpful as well as kind and completely knowledgeable.
