We are commited to maintaining the reputation of being an outstanding service oriented and knowledgeable company. There are many times closings fall apart before they actually close, and the primary reason is because the closing agent has not been proactive and communicated throughout the closing process.
The legal answer is "the application of insurance principles to hazards inherent in real estate titles." Absolutely; Title insurance is a means of protecting yourself from financial loss in the event that problems develop regarding the rights to ownership of your property. There may be hidden title defects that even the most careful title search will not reveal.

This title agency saved the day! I had a closing go really bad at a local attorney's office, who I believe should not be in the business of handling real estate transactions and I called Nationwide Title after hours on a Friday, they accommodated my clients for an emergency courtesy closing. They turned a horribly stressful situation to a good happy one. Thanks again.

Nationwide Title handled the short sale of our condo in December. If it wasn't for them, we would have given up. Our condo had Chinese Drywall and dealing with the mortgage companies was a nightmare. Nationwide Title came to our rescue and it was approved fairly quickly. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a reliable and honest company. I definitely will tell my friends , thanks.

I would absolutely recommend Nationeide Title Agency for anyone going through a Short Sale. They were very diligent throughout the whole process. I was updated weekly, they were extremely helpful for any issues I encountered along the way and Nationwide is truly knowledgable about this whole process. I am how grateful for the hard work. Thanks, and God bless.
