As realtors we are always weary when we receive an offer with a title company we have not worked with previously, but our experience was incredible! Latasha Mathis was incredibly attentive, professional, very responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Our sellers were represented by their own attorney which normally alleviates some of the workload for the title company. Unfortunately, this seller's attorney was terrible and I am 98% sure that without Latasha keeping me updated, following up and practically holding this attorneys hand throughout this entire transaction this home would

I've worked with several title companies and Victoria Otero & Giannell Title is truly 2nd to none! Any time I had a question, or needed help with with paper Victoria was there when I needed her.
