Would never recommend. I was seen on Monday at 10 am with Dr Tolbert a psychiatrist. She was great and listened to me and cared and was actually helpful. She prescribed me something to help and it was never called in and usually my medicine get calls in same day. I called later Monday and got brushed off they "took messages' and kept forwarding me to the voicemail. I was told if be called back and updated and they haven't called me back one time and it's Thursday afternoon. They have poor patient care, and are inconsiderate. My regular NP is good but if you're looking for mental health care please

I reached out to Anthony Kelley; his name came up as a local assister in helping to select a health insurance plan. He went above and beyond in helping me! He was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate with my circumstances. He found exactly what I needed. He was more than happy to assist me and help me with paper work, even working after hours due to my schedule. Anthony Kelley cares about people and works very hard to get the best results for them. He is all about serving!

I’ve been to the Easley office twice for 2 different things. I love the doctor and staff! She’s the only doctor that doesn’t make me feel like I’m crazy. I recommended this place to a good friend of mine and she had a wonderful experience too. Thank you for listening to patients problems and not pushing them to the side like other places I’ve been to have.

Two of my children had an appointment at the Easley location. One of the front desk women called me and said if we arrived at 2:30 with the paper work completed they would both be seen. We walk in and the women at the front desk with glasses and reddish colored hair was very rude. Saying "he should have been here a half hour ago to do paperwork, I don't know if he will be able to be seen today." She took my paper work, sat down and processed it. Got a phone call from someone in the back had proceeded to talk about us, as if I couldn't hear her. We waited about 15 minutes and only one of my children

I will not recommend the Clemson office, my first visit with Ms. Hair was rushed an she didn't have time to listen to me but a later visit with her was much better, maybe she was having a bad day. My visits with Jill have all been very good. Now I was at the office 5-6 weeks ago with Ronanda an I was being seen an I let her know I needed my refill prescriptions for my meds. I was then told by her," I can only deal with one thing at a time, an I would have to come back in 2 weeks for a follow-up." To which I replied by letting her know I could not afford to come back in 2 weeks I'm single one income

I've visited the Easley location many times and have never had a good experience. I arrived to my most recent appointment 15 minutes early and I still had to wait an hour to be seen, even though I was the only patient in the office at the time. All I needed was a prescription refill, since I've been having to call on a month to month basis for the past 4 months trying to get my prescription filled with no success. As soon as the doctor came in she was very apologetic and told me I didn't even need to have an appointment in order to get my medication refilled and that she had no clue who I'd been

I'm going to be honest, my first few experiences at the Clemson office was lackluster and I was about ready to say forget it and wait until I could afford health insurance to get a new doctor. I felt I wasn't being treated as a full patient because I was a sliding scale patient. Then I had the pleasure of getting an appointment with Ms. Kim Hair, her and her nurse [Ashley I believe?] were so wonderful I could have cried. She listened to me, not just for what I came in for but for other issues I've been dealing with on my own. It seemed like she truly cared and so so helpful, I'd recommend new patients
