With more than 70,000 residents lacking access to affordable healthcare in the Greenville County area, UHM was developed to reduce area health disparities.

Services
Unity Health on Main is a community-led Community Health Center that serves the Medically Underserved Area (MUA) of Greenville County. Unity Health on Main was formed in 2016 in response to past and current community needs assessments which identified access to healthcare as one of four main priorities.
Our dedicated team of Family Practice Physicians, Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants provide patients with quality care at our convenient location. At Unity Health on Main we aim to work with our families to keep children healthy. We provide well check-ups as well as diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses in children.

We're always looking for smart, compassionate people who are interested in using their skills to help impact the community. This is physician role to provide care to patients of all ages (from infant to adult). I’ve been coming here for quite some time and I love the two Elizabeth’s!(Sarratt and Scott) They’re very good at their job. Both are understanding and will talk out your concerns with you, until you’re comfortable with treatment. Any questions I had were answered properly. I’d recommend coming here if you can get in seeing either these ladies.

I should have posted this sooner, but we all know life gets busy. I just wanted to say Unity Health on Main has the best staff! From the time you walk in until the moment you leave, you feel at ease and at home! My doctor who is Elizabeth Sarratt is AWESOME!! I know she is crazy busy, but she makes you feel like your her only patient!!! Thank you!!!

I was a patient for about a year while I was in college and could not afford insurance. The staff is nice, the place is clean and they try to help you out as much as possible. I never waited for assistance and could usually get an appointment rather quickly. I feel blessed they were there for me during my time of need.

I wouldn’t give this place any stars at all, there unorganized. They’ve rushed through every appointment I’ve had with them. The doctors are money hungry and keep asking you to make more appointments to address the same concerns. Their lazy if you have any additional papers that need to be filled out for any reason, they makes up excuses for why it isn’t completed I’ve been waiting for two months. I finally decided to find a new facility on top of that even with an appointment it takes way to long. Honest review !

Love unity main doctors and staff are very nice and listen to me and every single problem that I have. They are always outgoing above and beyond to help me. I first visited them when I moved to Greenville in 2018 I can always call them and they work me in even if its the last appointment they have open.
