I have been training with Rick for the last couple months and the results have been incredible. Not only does he make me give 100% with a smile during my session he keeps me accountable when I am away. With additional workouts and meal plans for the week my results only continue to get better 😊

Rick was recommended to me by my brother in law. I was a little hesitant starting another nutrition plan because I feel like I have tried it all. I am about to start week 4 with Rick and I have already lost 13 lbs. I have a long way to go but I am confident that Rick will be by my side along the way. The plan is easy if you're determined and stick to it. I also appreciate how Rick is readily available if you have any questions. Thank you so much Rick! Rick is a great trainer! And as a personal trainer myself, I have high standards! He listened to my my fitness goals and customizes our sessions to help me achieve them! My sessions with him are brutal and challenging but so rewarding at the end! I highly recommend Gilbert Personal Training! Rick is a truly excellent trainer. He is the perfect combination of tough ("Rick, you are KILLING me!") and warm ("Luke, you are doing SO well"), and he works with the whole person -- mentally, emotionally and physically. Because of his efforts, I am stronger and more flexible, I have better balance and most importantly, working out has become fun. I recommend him without reservation.

He is very easy going and understands how to provide you training and diet plans that fit a busy schedule. Working out with Rick has been an amazing and inspiring experience because of his dedication to his clients. He has not only helped me to achieve my goals, but maintain them. I've seen many trainers in my time, Rick is as good as they come; attentive, supportive, and knowledgeable. Training with Rick got me in the best shape ever. I lost about 15 lbs and gained so much strength and muscle under his instruction. His fitness plan was well thought out and tailored to fit my goals and modified as needed based on progress. His facility has excellent equipment for a great workout that suits any fitness level. Rick was great a coaching and pushing me to stick to my plan and give that extra effort that helps you see the results you want.
